Located within the Los Dragos area of Salobre Golf Resort, this contemporary villa combines modern architecture, well-designed outdoor spaces and far-reaching views across the golf course, mountains and the Atlantic Ocean. Set at approximately 300 metres above sea level, the property enjoys an elevated position that enhances the sense of openness throughout the stay.



With around 110 m² of living space on a 300 m² plot, the villa has been designed to make the most of both indoor and outdoor living. The layout creates a natural connection between the terrace, garden and interior spaces, providing comfortable areas to relax and spend time together without feeling crowded.



The outdoor area is one of the highlights of Los Dragos 8. The covered terrace, outdoor dining space, sun loungers, garden and chill-out area offer different settings to enjoy Gran Canaria’s pleasant climate throughout the day. Views across the golf course and the surrounding landscape remain a constant part of the experience.



One of the property's most distinctive features is its private gym. This is not something commonly found in villas of this size and makes an excellent addition for guests who enjoy staying active during their holiday without leaving the house.



Inside, the villa combines modern design with everyday comfort. The living room, dining area and kitchen flow naturally towards the outdoor spaces, creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living.



Los Dragos 8 accommodates up to 4 adults and 1 child up to 2 years old in a cot.



On the ground floor, guests will find the living area with dining room and kitchen, one bedroom with a 180 x 200 cm double bed, one bathroom with shower and a laundry area.



The upper floor features one bedroom with a 200 x 200 cm double bed, direct access to the terrace and one bathroom with shower.



The villa includes fibre-optic Wi-Fi, air conditioning with cooling and heating, Smart TV, satellite TV, Bluetooth speaker, safe, washing machine, tumble dryer and fitness equipment. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, sandwich maker, blender and juicer.



The property features a private swimming pool measuring 5 x 3 metres with an approximate depth of 1.70 metres. Optional electric pool heating is available at an additional cost and can reach approximately 24–26 °C. A barbecue can also be hired for an additional fee.



Your stay includes bed linen, towels, final cleaning and a mid-stay cleaning service with fresh towels and bed linen for stays longer than 7 nights.



The elevated position of Los Dragos offers open views across Salobre while remaining within easy reach of the beaches, restaurants and shopping areas of southern Gran Canaria.



House Rules



Salobre is a residential resort integrated into the natural landscape of southern Gran Canaria. To preserve both the property and its surroundings, parties and events are not permitted, and the villa is not available for groups of young people.



A refundable security deposit of €500.00 is required and will be returned after departure once the property has been inspected.



Check-in is available from 15:00 and check-out must take place before 10:00. Subject to availability and prior arrangement, early check-in or late check-out may be possible.
