Mont Blanc Condo - SANDY BEACH & LAKE - FAMILY FRIENDLY - Clean and Quiet

Immediate Trail Access out the door for Mont Blanc.

2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with all amenities. Master bedroom with en suite bathroom, heated floors and Queen sized bed. 2nd Bedroom has two sets of bunk beds accommodating 4 people/children.

Full kitchen, dining room and living room. Full sized deck off the dining area with views to the west and to the lake below. Deck has a gas BBQ, with a table and chairs for 4. 2 exterior parking spaces. Private Ski locker beside front door.

The unit has a washer and dryer. Fully equiped kitchen with all amenities, including coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, etc.

One Televisions in the main living rooms with a DVD player in room. We can provide a range of DVD's depending on your preferences. Full wifi access.

No need to use the car, the slopes are immediately beside the building. We are 12 minutes, by car from St. Jovite (now called Mont Tremblant) for shopping and restaurants. We are 20 minutes from both the North and South sides of Mont Tremblant. There is a local outdoor skating rink for hockey enthusiasts and young skaters - 5 minute drive. There is an indoor skating rink that is 10 minutes away by car

Ski and snowboard rentals are available at the main lifts for Mont Blanc. There is an extensive network of snow shoe trails and plenty of access to cross country trails. The Petite Train du Nord is a 200 KM bike trail which also serves as a cross country trail in the winter months.

Our check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00am. We can be flexible on these times depending on the situation.

Perfect ski condo

The condo was in a perfect location for both ski in/out for Mt Blanc and equidistant to Mt Tremblant’s north and a south parking. The nearby village skating rink and market are also great. The condo was very clean and equipped for a relaxing family stay.

Great place, nice and quiet

John is a great host. The condo was very roomy and spacious. We were greeted with some fresh local corn on the cob and a bottle of wine. The pictures on the website don't do it justice, the condo is even nicer that the pictures show. There is a nice pool area and a kid-friendly, small lake close by. Very quite and peaceful surroundings. Overall, a great stay. Thanks John!

Very nice and clean condo in a beautiful location

The condo is conveniently located in a Mont Blanc condo community close to the city of Mt Tremblant with grocery stores and restaurants and 25 minutes to Mt Tremblant village. There is a small private lake that we-really enjoying swimming in. It was also great to have access to the pool and hot tub. The condo is very clean, well equipped and has all the conveniences including house hold staples for the kitchen and bathrooms. We recommend to the host to get fans for the bedrooms since AC is only in the Living/dining room. Another suggestion is to replace dining room chairs that are sagging badly and a chair in the primary bedroom that is very wobbly. Overall we had a great time staying in this condo for 8 days in July 2022.

Mont Blanc Fall Foliage - Thanksgiving Get Away

The property was fabulous, and the host was super kind. Check-in was supper simple. Communication was on point. The unit was super clean and spacious. The location is probably the best in all the units, at the top of the condo hill with access to walking, hiking and biking trails. Probably great during the ski season as well. Very bright with windows on three sides and a great view of the sunset. The back master bedroom and living room look out to the wooded area, in full fall color. Very private and serene. The parking is at the foot of the building and a flight of stairs up is easy to bring your weekend bags and groceries up. (There is a grocery store a small 8min. drive away) Some favorite features: From the condo there was also a small sandy private beach that we were still able to enjoy watching the sun set over. Trails right out the door to hike up to the top of Mont Blanc chair lift with great views and place to fall picnic. The covered bridge at the entrance is so charming. Such a nice and secluded spot. The galley kitchen was perfect and all was there to make wonderful family meals shared at the dinning table that seats 6 people comfortably. My kids and I and our dog who was welcome had a fabulous long weekend. Thank you John for sharing your Mont Blanc Getaway. Truly fantastic!!! - Tina Louise

Ideal location for skiing at Mont Blanc, just steps to the hill. Thoughtfully supplied, although no extra linens. We were disappointed that the hot tub advertised was not in service, that would have made it nearly perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay! The ski in/out option was really convenient, especially during Covid. John was also very helpful and demonstrated flexibility to accommodate our late arrival due to bad weather conditions.

We really enjoyed staying at John's condo over the Christmas holiday. Skiing right out the back door was fantastic. The condo is very comfortable, quiet and clean. Beds were super cozy! Shopping and other activities are very close. We hope to stay again some day.

We really enjoyed our stay. Had everything we needed. Access to the hill is out the back of the building. This condo is in the front and has nice views with lots of windows in the dining/living-room area. Locked Storage locker on the deck as you come in very convenient.

This is a wonderful place to spend quality time with your family. Our children grew up skiing here and we have the best family memories of skiing, dinners and watching movies by the fireplace. True quality family time - there is no price for how special that is!

We have windows on 3 sides of the condo (West, East and South) so it is very bright and comfy inside.

You walk out the door, put on your skis and away you go.

In the summer the lake, the beach and the pool are a 2 minute walk away.

We love to host families that are seeking something quiet and simple. You will certainly leave here with many fantastic memories that your children will never forget.
