This picturesque 2-bedroom country retreat just outside Stow-on-the-Wold is perfect for a quiet family or group getaway in the Cotswolds. With a spacious living room, fully-equipped kitchen and private dining terrace, the property has the space and everything you could need for a wonderful stay. The real highlight however is the extensive countryside setting. With 40-acres at your disposal, you can take long rambling walks with your dog or continue down to The Fox at Oddington, the local village pub and growing foodie destination owned by Daylesford.

In the spacious kitchen, gather for a hearty breakfast at the farmhouse table before setting out to explore. The elegant living room is a wonderful space for cosy evenings with a glass of wine by a crackling fire. A king-size and twin bedroom with their own en suites offers flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups, and a restful night's sleep after a day of fresh country air.

Outside, children can explore the idyllic grounds surrounding the cottage and driveway or visit the resident chickens. The dining terrace provides the perfect spot for an al fresco lunch or dinner. Surrounded by public footpaths, you will be perfectly placed to explore by foot, whether down to the picture-perfect village or on to Daylesford Farm Shop.

A spacious, fully-equipped kitchen with large fridge-freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. A large farmhouse table seats six.

First Floor

Bedroom One:
A spacious, master bedroom with king-size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers for clothing, as well as its own en suite.

The master en suite boasts a bath, shower, wash basin and WC.

A charming twin with two single beds, perfect for children or friends, with a chest of drawers for clothing and its own en suite.

En suite:
A shower room with shower, wash basin and WC.

Outside

With extensive grounds to explore, including lawns and woodland, you can visit the resident chickens in the chicken coop or you may be lucky enough to see local wildlife including roe deer, muntjac, barn owls, bats and hares. Enjoy a private terrace with dining table seating six and parking for two cars. Follow the long private drive down to the Norman church, large ash woodland or on to the beautiful village and its local, The Fox at Oddington. Join several nearby public footpaths and bridleways to enjoy longer country walks to surrounding villages and luxurious Daylesford Farm Shop.

The lawn area outside the cottage is shared with guests of the holiday let next door.
Although not for guest use, there is an outdoor pool nearby on the owner's property so children and dogs should be supervised at all times. Guests have access to the fields and woodlands near the cottage and long drive but the areas surrounding the owner's private residence that are private.
