Hello,We had a very bad experience during our stay. There was no internet connection available, and since we didn't have internet data ourselves, we couldn't contact you or anyone else.When we finally managed to call the host, they asked us to turn the router off for 15 minutes, but the internet still did not work. This put us in a terrible and helpless situation.Please look into this matter."
