We reqlly enjoyed our stay, covenient access to plenty of walking, drinking and eating options with great facilities in the well appointed cottage. Can highly recommend a visit.
First time booking with Vrbo, so i was a little apprehensive, but everything went pretty smoothly. Jake was responsive to our queries and we were absolutely delighted with the cottage, perfect for families. Renovated to a very high standard, with pretty much every facility you could wish for. The outside space, a proper garden, was bigger than expected and we had a lovely barbecue on the last day. The kitchen was very impressive: the only thing we missed was a pair of kitchen scissors! If I'm being picky, an extra loo would be useful for large groups( there were 10 of us with 4 young children who can't slways wait.)The sleeping accommodation was clean and comfortable, but not quite what we expected. One room we expect to sleep 4 in 2 sets of bunk beds as shown in the listing. There was only 2 beds in reality with a mattress on the floor in one of the double rooms. We made it work for our group so not a major issue, but other groups might not be able to juggle as easily. The showers and bath were great, once we found the hot water switch! I had a cold shower on the first day. A few user friendly notes would be helpful for future visitors. The dining area was lovely for our group as ee enjoyed being able to eat together. The village store is only a few doors away which is fairly well stocked, so very handy. Plus 2 pubs within rasy walking distance and a café.All.in all we had a delightful stay, everyone loved it.
