Beck House is a two-bedroom mews property set within a secure gated development in the centre of Weymouth, within easy walking distance of the harbour, sandy beach, town centre amenities and railway station. The property offers open-plan living with a kitchen equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, along with a breakfast bar and seating area, separate utility room with washing machine, and a sitting room with Smart TV, DVD and CD player, plus patio doors opening onto a private patio area within the gated communal courtyard. Upstairs, there is one king-size bedroom and one twin bedroom, along with a family bathroom with bath and shower over, basin and WC. Gas central heating, fuel and power are included in the rent, as well as bed linen and towels. WiFi is also provided. Outside, guests have use of a patio area with furniture, and benefit from one roadside parking permit for Zone H (subject to availability). Additional features include a stair gate.
