: Excellent location, very cosy apartment, equipped with everything essential, clean and organised. Both check-in and check-out were very easy, no need to wait for anyone. The mattress could be more comfortable.

Traumhafter Ausblick mit kleinen Hürden – ich würde aber trotzdem wiederkommen! :)Die Wohnung ist ein absoluter Traum, was die Lage und den wunderschönen Meerblick angeht! Sie sieht exakt aus wie auf den Bildern, ist perfekt für eine Person und die Umgebung entschädigt für fast alles. Wichtiger Tipp für die Anreise:Beim Aufschließen der Wohnungstür muss man den Schlüssel auseinanderziehen (er hat eine Einkerbung). Das war im Anleitungsvideo leider nicht zu sehen, von daher hatte ich Probelme in die Wohnung zu kommen aber nach 10 min zum Glück nette Nachbarn getroffen, die mir helfen konnten. Da der Gastgeber im Moment des Einzugs nicht sofort erreichbar war.Ich will ehrlich sein & meine Wahrnehmung schildern:Das Gebäude ist leider sehr hellhörig - vorallem Nachts hört man die Fahrstuhltüren/ Türen und den Nachbarn darüber (von ca. 0:00 bis 4:00 Uhr beim Fernsehen, Rumhantieren oder Husten), was mich öfter erschreckt und um den Schlaf gebracht hat. Auch Essensgerüche der Nachbarn ziehen nachts intensiv ins Badezimmer und in die gesamte Wohnung – hier fehlt eventuell eine Belüftung, da sich in der Dusche auch etwas Schimmel zeigt.An einem Tag gab es über Stunden kein Wasser - hätte mir hierzu einfach eine Info gewünscht. Fazit: Wer einen festen Schlaf hat oder wem der perfekte Meerblick wichtiger ist als absolute Ruhe in der Nacht, wird zufrieden sein. Ich denke trotz des nächtlichen Schlafmangels eine Empfehlung & ich komme wieder.Als allein Reisende bist du safe
