Nestled in the heart of the charming Gloucestershire village of Ebley, just outside Stroud, our home is a beautifully spacious and characterful home that comfortably accommodates families, friends and larger groups!

Set across three floors and offering generous living space, our home combines period charm with generous, flexible accommodation, making it the perfect base for relaxing countryside escapes, family celebrations or exploring the Cotswolds.

On the ground floor, you`ll find a welcoming living room, a separate family room with a comfortable sofa bed for additional guests, a large kitchen with an AGA and breakfast nook, a dedicated dining room, a bright sunroom and practical utility and storage spaces. Whether you`re gathering for long family meals, enjoying a quiet morning coffee or unwinding after a day of exploring, there`s plenty of room for everyone to spread out and feel at home.

The first floor features three spacious double bedrooms, including a master bedroom with its own shower en-suite. A stylish family bathroom serves this floor and includes both a beautiful freestanding bath and a walk-in shower, offering the perfect place to relax after a day in the countryside.

On the top floor, you`ll find two further bedrooms and an additional family bathroom with a bathtub. One bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, while the second is particularly well suited to families, featuring a double bed alongside two single beds, creating a flexible and sociable space for parents and children.

Outside we also have a great private driveway with parking for 5-6 cars.

The house is ideally located for exploring the stunning Five Valleys area surrounding Stroud, only a 1 minute walk to a pub, corner shop and an Italian Restaurant and renowned for its rolling hills, woodland walks, canals and picturesque villages. Stroud itself is known for its vibrant independent spirit, award-winning farmers` market, excellent cafés, artisan food scene and thriving arts community.

The nearby Cotswold Way offers spectacular walking routes, while attractions such as Minchinhampton Common, Woodchester Park, Painswick and the historic city of Gloucester are all within easy reach. For those looking to venture further afield, the beautiful Cotswold towns of Cirencester, Tetbury and Bourton-on-the-Water make wonderful day trips. We also have double playing fields with large enclosed children’s play area just 100m away!

Stroud and Stonehouse train stations are just a 5 minute drive away and provide direct lines to Cheltenham and Paddington (London is only 90 minutes by train, so makes for a great day trip). By car, Wales is also a great day trip, either a shopping visit to Cardiff or a climb up Pen y Fan!

Please note that the Aga will be available to use from October - April. From May-September this will be turned off to prevent the kitchen over-heating, but we have an electric oven, grill and gas hob you can use as an alternative.

Please note: You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the booking verification. You will also be given the choice between paying a fully refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver, which would protect you up to £300 of accidental damage during your stay.
