On foot: Windsor’s main sights, shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants are all a short walk away. Windsor Castle and the riverside are easily walkable.
Train: Windsor has two train stations in town (both walkable from the house) with links into London and the surrounding area.
Buses & taxis: Local buses run through/near the centre and taxis/Uber are easy to pick up in town.
Parking: No parking at the property. If you’re driving, plan to use nearby public car parks in Windsor (paid). Once parked, you can do the rest on foot.

This is a Grade II listed historic home, so it comes with charm and a few quirks.
Period property quirks: Expect an older building layout, character features, and things like slightly uneven floors or narrower stairs/doorways than modern homes. In some areas the ceiling beams are quite low, if you are above about 5ft 10 you will need to duck down in a couple of areas
Noise: Being in the very centre, you may hear some normal town noise at busy times (especially weekends).
Parking: Repeating here —there is no on-site parking.
Respecting the building: Please treat the home gently (it’s listed), and avoid anything that could damage original features.
