Idilic Villa for Cote d'Azur

We had a lovely welcome from Liliane and Michael the owners. The villa was immaculate with wonderful views all as the pictures. The villa had everything you needed even a few cooking condiments and some compliments wine. Overall we had a wonderful stay just wish it was a bit longer.

A beautiful villa with stunning views!

The villa is beautiful, in fact the photos on the listing don't do it justice. The fixtures and fittings are very high quality and everything you need is there. The centre of Saint Maxine is only a 10 minute drive away and the beach clubs at Plage de la Nartelle are only 5 minutes. The pool is stunning (the best we've ever had) and the outside area is beautifully laid out and looked after very well. There is even a Boule Court which is not mentioned in the listing. The location perfect, very quiet and the villa is not overlooked. There is only thing I would mention is the master bedroom on the first floor of the property is not rented as part of the property. This is kept locked and only used by the villa owners, however this did not effect our stay as we were 6 in our group.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit unfassbarem Ausblick der einem - trotz der Fotos die man kennt - den Atem verschlägt. Das Haus ist sehr schön und hochwertig eingerichtet und das Grundstück sehr weitläufig. Ein paar technische Kleinigkeiten, wo etwas nicht so funktionierte wie es sollte wurden soweit möglich schnellstens behoben. Liliane und Michel sind sehr nette und herzliche Gastgeber, wenn nötig war immer jemand zu erreichen und es kam schnelle Antwort. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen!

Traumhafter Urlaub an der Côte d'Azur

Von der Übergabe durch das nette und hilfsbereite Ehepaar bis zur persönlichen Verabschiedung ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Das Haus bietet sehr viel Platz und Privatsphäre und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Die Lage in einer ruhigen und sicheren Gegend ist perfekt. In ca. 5 Minuten erreicht man mit dem Auto das Zentrum von Sainte Maxime mit vielen herrlichen Restaurants und Bars. Auch die diversen Strände sind in Kürze erreichbar - wenn man denn das Haus mit seinem schönen Aussenbereich und dem Pool verlassen möchte.

Wonderful views and pool at this stunning villa!

LIliane and and Michel are the friendly hosts who make sure your stay is best possible. The villa itself is wonderful and the views across to the sea are simply stunning. The pool is fabulous clean and offers a perfect place to relax soak up the sun and look across to those wonderful views. The villa has everything you need with comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms. The outdoor kitchen allows a perfect place to BBQ using the outdoor grill. Would highly recommend this villa and would certainly visit again. Thanks again to our hosts and the care they took to ensure everything was perfect for our stay.

Sehr schöne Aussicht - leider viel Maschinenkrach

Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne Aussicht, auch der Pool ist beeindruckend (leider unbeheizt). Klimaanlage ist nur in den Schlafräumen vorhanden. Es gibt nur eine Gästetoilette und eine Toilette im Bad des Schlafzimmers mit 140 cm Bett. Im Hauptschlafzimmer ist der Fernseher außer Funktion. Die Sicherheit des Grundstücks ist fragwürdig, da ein Dauerschlüssel im Garteneneingang vorhanden ist (jeder kann das Grundstück betreten). Sämtliche Stühle im Eßzimmer, in der Küche und am Eßplatz vor der Küche sind aus Metall (sehr unbequem). Die Besteckschublade enthält ein Sammelsurium etwas älterer Utensilien. Was uns sehr gestört hat, da wir insbesondere wegen der Erholung Urlaub brauchten, ist der täglich (auch an Sonntagen) stattfindende Maschinenlärm von Heckenscheren, Rasenmähern etc.....(Golfplatz). Der Garten liegt direkt unterhalb der Straße, die teilweise stark von Autos befahren ist, die sich nicht an die Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzung von 30 kmh halten. Trotzdem haben wir hier 4 Sterne vergeben.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Das Haus liegt sehr schön, tolle Aussicht und ruhig. Es bietet viele Aussenplätze, Pool ist sehr schön. Küche ist gut ausgerüstet, die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Wir würden dieses Haus sofort wieder buchen.

Fantastisk bolig, have, pool, beliggenhed og en udsigt som er helt vidunderlig. Haven var god til boldspil og lidt golf med dejlig store palmer som gav skygge midt på dagen. Poolen lå i sol det meste af dagen, men der var kølig skygge under den overdækkede terrasse. Dejligt udekøkken. Virkelig sød værtsfamilie. Højt depositum men boligens interiør og kvalitet taget i betragtning er det helt rimeligt. Hele depositum modtaget retur efter hjemkomst. Kan klart anbefales.
