Seaside Retreat - Golf Coast & Holiday Home

Only 5 minutes drive from Southport Town Centre and the famous boulevard Lord Street. We are very close to Marine Lake , and the nearby Botanic Gardens in Churchtown with quaint Thatched Roof cottages. ( the oldest part of Southport )

The coastal road takes you down to both the Beach, and Marine Lake on the opposite side of-host to the UK’s 24hour Yacht Race.
Along this road we have the very popular RSPB Marshaide Nature Reserve.
Only 10 minutes in the opposite direction you can find WWT Martin Mere Nature Reserve. Over 600 acres of breathtaking wetlands with an abundance of wildlife that creates the perfect setting to relax and reconnect with nature

There are 13 golf courses (inc Royal Birkdale) that make up this iconic stretch of coastline, and Southport is located at the very heart. A local Golf Tour company can help arrange a great schedule with Transport included for you all and your Golf Clubs.

Leave the car? Only 100 yards to the Bus Stop with buses every 15 minutes into town.

Why they chose this property

Southport is an amazing place. We are the Golf Capital of the UK - having 11 Golf Courses nearby, including 3 Championship Royals at Liverpool, Birkdale & Lytham.
There is lots to do - with shopping on our famous Lord Street covered Boulevard.
We have Botanic Gardens just a 5 minute walk away, along the RSPB Marshside Bird Reserve.

What makes this property unique

It is a well cared property. Many recent refurbishments. I treat it as if it were my home. I like to offer exactly what I expect when I am working away. The home is perfect for short or long stays. The lounge / living are and dining for eating. The fully fitted kitchen with all appliances to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Through to the outdoor living area in the back garden.
