There is also a separate WC. Doors from both the lounge and dining area lead to the balcony, with stunning sea views. Venture outside the property into the shared courtyard that overlooks the sea. There is allocated parking for one car located in a private garage under the property and next to the stairs and lift that lead to the first floor, where the apartment is situated.
