On entering this attractive and spacious property, which has beautiful exposed beams throughout, you will find yourself in a large entrance hall with plenty of space to kick off those muddy boots and relax after a day exploring. There is a WC here and also a handy office to tuck yourself away if required. Unwind in the inviting and cosy lounge, with its feature fireplace, traditional wood burner (first basket of logs included) and SmartTV/DVD. The elegant kitchen/diner has glass doors offering views of the garden and beyond. The dining area is ideal whether you’re enjoying a special meal or grabbing a snack. Stepping outside, you can relax at the end of a great day in the large enclosed lawn garden which also has a patio area, garden furniture, BBQ, fire pit, private outdoor table tennis and outdoor shower. There is a private covered patio area with a pool table, seating, hot tub and a small vintage railway carriage which has a bespoke oak bar and a wood burner. The bar is the perfect place to create cocktails, chill with family and friends, or watch the sunrise with your morning coffee. The carriage provides a fridge, mood lighting, wood burner, and seating for 10 people. There is also a shared outdoor children's play area, dog exercise paddock, pond and mini golf area, as well as a shared indoor badminton court, table tennis and pool table.
