Situated in a beautiful location on the border of Devon and Cornwall. This impressive property is ideally positioned making it the perfect retreat for couples and small families. There is so much to see and do with a choice of beaches and coastal walks to both the North and South as well as attractions to suit all tastes. These include Roadford Lake which is a five minute drive, where you can enjoy watersports, walking or a bite to eat in the cafe/restaurant. Other places of interest include Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor, Lydford Gorge, the Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Morwellham Quay and RHS Rosemoor. Plymouth and Exeter are easily accessible, as is Launceston, the ancient capital of Cornwall.
The lodge is approached down a short farm lane, and adjacent the farm itself. On entering the property through you are greeted by a bright and spacious lounge/kitchen/diner. This room has a welcoming wood burner and ample seating, get cosy on the sofa and watch TV or catch a movie on the DVD. The dining area has dining table for two and looks out through the bi-folding doors to the large garden. For those who enjoy cooking the kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge with ice compartment. The king-size bedroom has large window with black out blinds and TV and the en-suite wet room style shower room is spacious with a shower and WC.
Heading outside there is a large enclosed lawn garden with garden furniture, chimenea and BBQ. There is an external outbuilding which houses a washing machine and tumble dryer.
