Heading up the oak staircase and onto the first floor you will then discover the pretty bedrooms, the first of which is a spacious master super-king-size with a TV, en-suite shower room with WC and Juliette balcony. Located at the other end of the property is a beautifully light dual aspect super king-size bedroom (can be made into a twin on request) with Smart TV. Nestling between these two bedrooms is a cosy twin room comprising a standard single bed and day bed/second single bed. The final room inside the property is a smart family bathroom with a shower over bath and WC.
Venturing outside and located to the rear of the property, further highlights await in the form of a delightful enclosed tiered garden with a choice of patio area, decking with sun loungers, garden furniture, BBQ and a lovely lawn area, perfect for alfresco dining! Here you will also find the fabulous private hot tub, enclosed within its purpose built hut with bifold doors, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the countryside view, no matter the weather. There is also a large paddock provided, perfect for exercising your four legged friends, which is accessed directly from the cottage's garden. There is private off-road parking for three cars to the side of the property.
