The Wainwright – Blake Fell (2 miles away) is the highest point of the Loweswater Fells. Within 20 miles, you will find Bassenthwaite Lake and Derwentwater where you can sail and kayak. For bike enthusiasts, Whinlatter is 14 miles away and has some great bike tracks. Visit the harbour town of Maryport, 15.5 miles, which has an aquarium with a café, crazy golf and children’s play area, and the Wave Centre which is home to a Clip and Climb indoor climbing facility, great for a wet day!

The property provides a warm welcome and has been finished to a high standard throughout. On the ground floor, there is a spacious, bright, open-plan kitchen/dining area and informal lounge area overlooking the garden. The kitchen is contemporary and stylish with a small utility room with a washing machine and storage for wet coats and muddy walking boots just off the kitchen.
