Quietly nestled in the historic Clarksville section of Austin, our circa 1930's home offers a peaceful studio style apartment ready to be your space. Our apartment is unique in its incredible location [1/2 block off 6th Street] furnishing our guests a tranquil setting with downtown convenience. Being on the Dillo bus route, our visitors are a 5 minute ride from Congress/6th Street intersection...and a short walk through the neighborhood to great local restaurants on both West Lynn Street and West 6th.

A large tree covered private deck is your entrance to the apartment and with Austin's inviting weather it can serve as your living space for a quiet dinner for two. Recently renovated with a modern aesthetic, its air of calm invites the traveler to relax and really enjoy the wonderful city of Austin!

Great place to stay with a wonderful host!!

I was visiting Austin to attend a swing dance event. Because I had a car, I could stay a little farther away and chose this lovely little studio in Clarksville. Marilyn, the host, was the best. She was super quick at answering my questions about the property, accommodated my late arrival, and provided great recommendations for places to eat. The studio was quiet, in a great location, and had everything I could ever need. Can’t wait to stay there next year when I come back for next year’s dance event!

Great location

My husband and I recently stayed here for 3 nights. It is in a great location, close to downtown, and we loved the unique homes in the neighborhood. The indoor space was small, but adequate, and the outside deck was a great space to sit in the mornings and evenings. Marilyn was great to work with, and responded promptly to my texts. She gave us suggestions for restaurants and entertainment, and provided a nice basket of snacks. The washer and dryer were conveniently located right below the studio apartment. We enjoyed our time here and would recommend it to others.

Great place!

The property was clean and as described and the location was great. The host was amazing and very easy to communicate with. She even asked us for some preferences ahead of time and left us snacks, milk, fruit and some craft beer for us to enjoy! Very cute and cozy place and would definitely recommend and stay again!

Excellent experience

My wife and I had a great experience staying here. The host was very attentive but gave us privacy as well. The house was very clean and provided coffee, snacks and quality hygiene products. Also a good location. Just far enough away from the excitement but not too far. We walked it a few times to 24 diner and also rode scooters several times. Overall I have zero complaints, we really enjoyed our anniversary weekend in Austin.
