This space was located within walking distance to all the things important to me: my son, yoga, coffee, sports bar, running trail. The host was very communicative and welcoming. Thank you for a great stay!

Property was as advertised. Good location with quick access to get around the city. Host was quick to respond to communication and was able to let us check-in early, which was very helpful. The only caveat I would put out for potential renters is that it is near a road and so there is traffic noise. We slept fine but if you're not used to that, it may be an issue. Would rent again.

Great Location

I stayed here for an entire month, it was clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Plenty of nice restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. The location is also very close to downtown Austin, I could walk downtown in 20 minutes or so and could drive there in as little as 5 minutes. Great spot for those visiting Austin!

Great value just outside of downtown

This was perfect for my needs... A place to sleep when not at a conference. Walkable to the downtown area, or a 12-20 Uber ride.

This was an amazing location for my stay! I attended Austin City Limits and stayed for a day before and after and it was so easy to navigate the neighborhood and area! The host was extremely friendly and had excellent communication :) I would 100% stay here again for another weekend trip. The room was perfect for just me but i could definitely comfortably fit another person in there with me. Added bonus of having coffee on the private patio in the front in the mornings!

First time staying in a studio, I was worried it’d feel small but it was cozy. Had everything I’d need & more. Plus the bed was comfy too.

Met all Expectations

Everything met and exceeded our expectations. All interactions with the owner was excellent from the check-in to check-out process. This place was exactly what we needed to escape from our days activities of exploring Austin. Micklethwait BBQ not too far away is a phenomenal place and worth checking out.
