The Space:

This second-floor duplex spreads across two levels, combining alpine warmth with practical, thoughtful design. The main level opens into a hallway flanked by two double bedrooms, each with generous storage. A shared bathroom sits opposite the entrance, featuring a full-size bath with shower attachment alongside a separate wet-room area where the floor slopes to a drain. A separate WC with a small wash basin completes this floor.



The hallway leads to an open-plan living area where a newly fitted kitchen with white cabinets and dark worktops sits alongside the dining space. A circular table seats eight. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, four-ring electric hob, large fridge with small freezer, dishwasher, kettle, and Nespresso machine. The lounge area centres on a log fireplace, with wood included throughout your stay, and ample seating for reading and relaxing. A balcony off the living room looks south across the Solaise and Bellevarde sectors of the Espace Killy.



An open staircase fitted with a child stairguard leads to the mezzanine level. Here, a quiet seating area doubles as a play space for children, with a desk and chair, a chaise, a sofa that converts to a sofa bed, and a large French television. The family bedroom on this floor offers flexible sleeping arrangements with a double bed, bunk beds, and an additional large single bed, plus a sofa and storage. A second bathroom with shower, WC, and basin sits just next door.



Practical amenities include fibre internet, a top-loading washing machine and separate tumble dryer, ski boot warmers in the apartment, and a ski locker in the basement. One parking space is included outside the building.



Guest Access:

Guests have the full apartment for their stay. The building is locked at all times, accessed with your door key, and the apartment is on the second floor via stairs. One parking space is provided outside the building.



The Neighborhood:

Set in one of the most sought-after locations in Val d'Isère, the apartment sits thirty seconds from the slopes and just around the corner from shops, bars, and restaurants. The central position means everything the resort offers is within a short walk, yet the small residence remains peaceful and quiet throughout the season.



Getting Around:

Val d'Isère's free shuttle bus runs every 10 to 15 minutes during the day and every 20 to 30 minutes until 2am, connecting the resort's various districts. The apartment's central location puts the town centre immediately on your doorstep. For travel further afield, airport transfers are available from Geneva, Lyon, and Chambéry.



Other Things to Note:

We are available throughout the stay if anything comes up. Boot warmers are provided in the apartment, and a ski locker is located in the basement. The open staircase to the mezzanine is fitted with a child stairguard at the top.

Check-in is from 16:00, and check-out is before 10:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on the schedule of stays around yours, just ask and we'll do what we can.
