This beautiful beach cottage is located but 2 blocks to the beach! Tucked away on a quiet street in the Beach Track Subdivision this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home is the perfect location for your next beach getaway in Morro Bay. The home has a nice living room with pull out sofa bed and flat screen TV which allows for a gathering place for family and friends. The home has a fully equipped eat in kitchen allowing you to cook all your meals at home instead of going out to eat. The first bedroom is located off the living room area and has two twin beds. The Master bedroom is at the rear of the property with a king size bed and on suite bathroom. The home features a private backyard with a spacious patio and gas BBQ. You will also find an attached garage off street parking and laundry services. This home is ready to accommodate you on your next vacation!

The beach is just a small walk, tons of shopping close by. the neighborhood is super quiet and the neighbors were very kind and welcoming. The house was so nice, clean, and the yard is kept very well. I LOVE that the house has wheel chair access. I went with family that struggles with stairs, so that was a very pleasant surprise. If I go back to this area, I will see if this property is available for sure!

The TV had been changed from cable where at least you could get the local channels to all streaming services. With a little digging we were able finally to get some recent Jeopardy shows, but that was about it.The realtor, Mitchell sent us over a uid and password for some service that wasn't listed on the home screen. When we watched Jeopardy on Disney the response time was very long at every change in the show.Comparted to other places we have rented in the past, the TV was a bust.Also, both toilets were so small and little that we thought they were made for children.Forturnately the one I used at least had a hand grab installed on the wall but it was still hard for me to get up after using the toilet. The other bathroom's toilet did not even have a had grab. For us old folks, that was a serious shortcoming for the house and would keep us from ever wanting to rent this property again.

Our stay was very organized. Communication was perfect. I did not have to contact the rental agency at all. The house was conveniently located in a lovely neighborhood near our relatives. Though the house is a bit dated, it was immaculate.

The property was as listed and very clean and well maintained. It is a quiet, relaxing neighborhood within a short walk to Morro Strand beach. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and small appliances. We enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable stay near the beach

We had a great week at this property, and enjoyed the short walk to the beach. Photos of the property give an accurate depiction, the home is a little older but well maintained and was very clean and very comfortable.

everything advertised was in place. I had family over from other rentals and they came over to visit . Everyone liked the rental. We watched a movie together and played games . Very cozy home and very clean
