In the quiet countryside of La Roche-en-Ardenne, you will find this 2 bedroom holiday home with a sauna to relax. With the capacity of hosting 6 guests, this home is perfect for families and a small group.

La Roche in the beautiful Ourthe valley is a tourist attraction par excellence. In Hotton you will find the magnificent caves of '1001 Nights'. Rendeux is also the ideal base for walks, mountain biking, and taking horse trips. You can even rent a kayak in La Roche, to make a scenic trip to Hotton and Rendeux.

You will find this holiday home neatly kept. The ground floor is furnished with bedrooms, while the first floor has a cozy living room with a well-equipped kitchen to enjoy cozy cooking sessions. The electric heating will surely keep you warm at this stay. An evening spent gazing at the breathtaking views from the terrace will surely leave you in awe. The host even provides a cot and a high chair at a small fee.

The accommodation was very good but there were a few niggles, such as missing light bulbs, the damaged shower hoses and the damaged fridge door. The 70 € cleaning charge is excessive, especially as the cleaning wasn't that good. The kitchen was well equipped with good cutlery and crockery, the bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage. The surroundings are lovely and our stay was very pleasant. A very big plus point is the fantastic sauna and the terreace.

Quite fine

Inchecken ging soepel en snel. Daarna naar het huisje rijden en zoeken... maar ook dat ging goed. Om er te komen moet je een steile berg op en enkele haarspeldbochten nemen. Huisje zelf was keurig schoon, verwarming stond op een laag pitje aan. Ligging heel prettig, zeer rustige, stille omgeving. Bedden goed, badkamers goed. Goed uitgeruste keuken. WC's ok, maar zorg dat je zelf wc-papier bij je hebt. WiFi-code werkte niet, wij hebben t t hele weekend met mobiele data gedaan. In heel het huisje geen pen of papier gevonden, neem dat zelf mee. Heb je nodig!

le gite est très agréable et offre une très belle vue. Il présente tout le confort nécessaire. Pour notre part, le sauna est un grand avantage de cette location. En point négatif, il n'est pas possible de régler les radiateurs qui fonctionnent en permanence au maximum, engendrant des frais d'électricité inutile. D'autre part, le montant de 70€ demandé pour le nettoyage est excessif et ne correspond pas à l'état de propreté du gite à votre arrivée. Pour ces 2 aspects, je trouve que le prix total de la location est légèrement trop élevé.

Huisje zag er leuk uit en voldoende spullen aanwezig. Echter was de schoonmaak zeer gebrekkig, overal spinnenwebben en veel vlekken op bv de keukenkastjes. 70 euro schoonmaak? De woonkamer was zeer warm, wij dachten dat dit door de hoge buitentemperatuur kwam maar bleek later ook de verwarming te zijn die aan stond terwijl de thermostaat uit was? 2x bellen en 1x mailen maar niemand gezien? En dat terwijl je elektra zelf moet betalen! Omgeving is mooi en rustig gelegen. (als de buren dat zo houden)

De ontvangst vonden wij erg onpersoonlijk! Gehele verblijf niemand gehoord of gezien! Accommodatie was erg fijn en t was nog erg rustig op t park! Het huis was voorzien van zeker voldoende potten en pannen alleen n koekenpan ontbrak! Ardennen is prachtig en La Roche een prachtige plaats! Jammer dat de accomodatie 2,5 km van t centrum af ligt! De auto moet dan ook echt voor alles gebruikt worden! Verder zeker geen plek voor mindervaliden weg naar t park is erg stijl!

Wij gingen naar een motortreffen (HOG) in La Roche. Het huis was daar mooi dichtbij gelegen. Omdat we op de motor waren hadden we niets bij ons dus we konden niet koken nog koffie zetten oid. Alles was er wel om dat te kunnen doen.
