StunningReno*Palms in Wailea Condo-Beach*Golf*Pool

Wow thank you we always get 5 STAR reviews on all of our properties so this is totally out of the blue. So glad you enjoyed your stay. There is a new condo complex being built on the corner in Wailea maybe that is the traffic you heard. As you can see none of our other guests have commented on this. We responded quickly when you couldn't stop the ice maker producing tons of ice- turned out that the wire had been pushed into the wrong location by you. We always give 5 star service and provide 5 Star properties. I think it was your first trip to Maui so its hard to know how great our place is and what is provided if you have nothing to compare.

So glad you enjoyed your stay and we were able to accommodate an early check in, there are condos on the beach or hotels that are 4 times the price. We don’t mind walking a block to the beach to have it affordable for our guests. Many guests stay and have no problem with one AC as Maui never truelu gets hot and most people visiting are outside enjoying. That’s why we are 5 star rating.

Karen we are happy you enjoyed all the extras we provide unlike alot of the other condo's in the palms like all the beach chairs, umbrella's, beach towels, basics in the pantry etc. We do have hand soap in all the bathrooms, shampoo, additional products. Fully stocked TP and paper towel but I guess you found the one product not there. Guests are supposed to travel with their own basics but we try to provide alot. In regards to the bed its comfy and we have never had any reviews or guests saying differently. Our condo is booked the most in the palms and back to back so I know we would have been told if was not comfy. I am glad you gave us a five star review and I am sorry you had 2 concerns.

Heather thanks for your great 5 star review and we love that you appreciated all the extras we supply for our guests and our design and decoration that we have spent way more on than other rentals. The complex was built in 1990 for a Japanese target market hence the lower switches in all of the condo's in the complex. This cannot be changed as it would require all of the drywall to be removed and the wires re-ran. The Palms of Wailea is a super exclusive and sort after complex that most return guests don't mind the low switches. Our toilets have all be replaced and are the higher comfort level. Your right its not a wheel chair access condo and never was advertised that way as we have 2 steps down to the living room and kitchen. Most guests love the size of these condos and openness which is why they return to The Palms year after year. In regards to not having a 2nd AC again this complex was designed this way and most guests open the 2 large sliding doors to the patio and allow breeze to come in and these can be left open even at night as we have screens and security in the complex. The condo is super insulated and really doesn't get hot. Front Door Lock we had our lock smith and handyman fix this and we were advised it was working. The lock smith came straight over and we paid for the express after hour fee so I don't feel its accurate what you wrote below...it was less than 30 mins. There is no property manager I am the owner and who you dealt with directly. We have replaced the front door lock to a keypad so that there is never any issue. The lock smith recommended against this as he fixed the other lock but we prefer to maintain our properties at our 5 star quality. The Palms pool is renowned as best in Maui in a private condo complex its extremely sort after by guests and maintained to resort style level. Honestly you should be enjoying Maui and its beaches. We are a private family owned business and all guests understand how amazing our properties are in comparison to everything else they stay in. Maybe you are more happy in a resort.
