Beautifully decorated 1525 sq ft, first floor social condo, overlooking pond, with two bedrooms. The Master bedroom is furnished with a King sized bed. The other bedroom is furnished with two twin beds . There are two bathrooms.
Also included is a coffee maker, Microwave and toaster. The living room offers a DVR on the Flat Screen HDTV and a DVD.
Close to local pool and near Clubhouse.
The kitchen also has a breakfast area. The master bedroom has his & her walk-in closets and a private bath with a large shower. The condo includes a covered, screened lanai.
You can enjoy the beautiful views of the lake, golf course and preserve from this condo.
This rental has a social membership available. No GOLF
Legends Country Club is spread out over 650 acres of beautiful land that combines the beauty of tropical foliage, lakes, wildlife, and southern architecture to create a community for fine living. Over 325 acres is reserved as preserve and natural areas which provide a serene and peaceful environment in which to live and play. Great Ft. Myers location
The Legends condo is close to everything! Minutes from I75 and the airport. Grocery stores and restaurants are right down the street. It was well appointed with pots, pans, cable, wifi, nice neighbors, great lanai for morning coffee and bird watching.

Location was perfect. Near everything we wanted…Red Sox Spring Training, Publix, CVS, Restaurants, Malls. It badly needed cleaning when we arrived, which I was not expecting . The owner was accessible and worked with us Will look for something in that area for next year

Fort Myers Condo
Stayed here with my husband and it was just perfect. The condo was very comfortable and sitting outside on the lanai was enjoyable and scenic. Enjoyed the facilities at Legends, and even though we’re not golfers there was PLENTY to do. The grounds of Legends were beautiful and I enjoyed my daily walks. The owner of the condo was the best.!!! Very friendly and communicative, lots of info, and responded to my questions quickly. Great place to stay
