About this property

Newly Updated Amelia Island Corner 3BR - Steps to Ocean & Pool, Walk to Ritz

Our 3 Bedroom, 3 full bath Sailmaker luxury corner condo is only a few steps to the ocean or pool in the Summer Beach Village gated community. As one of the few corner units with southern exposure, we get plenty of natural sunlight throughout our home compared to other Sailmaker condos. We also have greater privacy on our large balcony with outdoor seating for 4 and a full view of the entire pool.

We have 2 master bedrooms, each with King sized beds and their own private bathrooms with granite counter-tops and custom cabinets. Both master bedrooms have high vaulted ceilings with fans and large 40" flat screen TVs. Our 3rd bedroom has a large queen bed with a 32" flat screen TV with DVD player and we also supply 2 additional raised twin air mattresses for additional guests as well as a pack n play for little ones.

The kitchen has been newly renovated with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and custom ceiling high cabinets. It is fully stocked with everything you might need including a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven and all the glassware, flatware, pots/pans and cooking/eating utensils you might possibly need.

We have custom plantation shutters on all of the windows throughout the house including the sliding door. All of our furniture is top-of-the line quality. There is a 40" flat screen Roku smart TV in the living room area giving you access to sign into your Netflix, HBO, Showtime, Hulu or other streaming apps.

We have large upgraded tile throughout the downstairs and new plush carpeting throughout the upstairs. We offer WiFi throughout the house and even have a Nest programmable thermostat to help get the temperature exactly the way you like it. The electronic key-code door access makes it easy to come and go to the beach or pool without the hassle of bringing a key.

We supply 5 beach chairs and 3 additional camping style chairs. We have several beach/pool toys and board games that we share.

All linens are included for all the beds including the 2 twin air mattresses and bath/hand/wash towels are included for each guest. We also provide a pack-n-play crib, an iron/board, blow dryers and a booster seat so there's little you need to bring.

We were in town for a family wedding and this condo was a perfect location and setup for us. Just minutes to everything and a short walk to the beach during the down-time (and when the weather cooperated). Host was very quick to reply to questions. Overall a great stay!

The property was good. Needs some TLC with new mattresses and towel holders and toilet paper holders need to be securely fasten into the wall. The condo itself was nice and roomy. The pool does need a deep cleaning but overall was a good place to stay.

Very nice unit with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, full kitchen and dining area overlooking pool and very short walk to beach. Short walk to Ritz Carlton and a drive into Fernindina Beach gives you a nice restaurant and shop selection.

Hi! We are Steve and Cori and we love spending our vacations on Amelia. We were so excited to find this gem in such a great beach community. We have put so much into personalizing our home and making it a great place to come to unwind and enjoy all the wonderful things Amelia Island has to offer.
We hope you love it here just as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

We came to Amelia Island for the first time a few years ago after hearing about it from several different friends. As soon as we stepped foot on the island we knew it was just perfect. The first time we stayed here it was at this exact Sailmaker community. When we decided to buy here, we went up and down the island checking out every development. None had the same feel as Sailmaker. We love that it's a gated community and that you don't have to cross any streets to get to the pool or ocean. Our young kids can wander around throughout the property without any concerns. We love that its central to everything. It's close to the historic downtown area and the 1400 acre Fort Clinch park. We have shaded bike/running paths just outside our gate that are isolated from the roads and go for tens of miles. The new Starbucks and Harris Teeter supermarket is just 3 minutes away. The island and area offer so much more than just the beach.

What makes this property unique

Our home is a rare corner unit. Because of this, we get more natural sunlight coming in from the south facing wall than any other Sailmaker condo. We also offer a straight path directly to the ocean or pool which are both a short walk away. There are no roads (or even parking lots) to cross unlike some other units in Summer Beach Village. We have a direct view of the whole pool from our outdoor balcony making it easy to watch the kids from there. We even have a peak at the ocean from the master bedroom. The open floor plan downstairs makes it ideal for everyone to get together. Lastly, our unit has some very nice updates: granite countertops and custom cabinets in the kitchen and all 3 bathrooms, gorgeous plantation shutters on every window including the sliding door, vaulted ceilings in each of the dual master King bedrooms, and top of the line furniture and bedding throughout.
