Strandview #304 - Beachfront condo with screened-in patio and amazing view!

Fort Myers Beach beachfront condo located mid island. Our two bedroom/ 2 bathroom property is in the Strandview complex, including a heated pool. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. Come relax in our unit with all the essentials of home. Other amenities include WiFi, washer & dryer, cable TV, linens and towels. Enjoy the beach at your doorstep. Other venues in the area include a grocery store, restaurants and shops. Our is rented by the month, so inquire with us on multi-month rentals.

There is a $100.00 fee for all cancellations outside of our 48 hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel.

This property is restricted to monthly rentals during peak season (Jan - Mar). Rentals must be from the beginning to the end of the month, multi-month rentals are available. Shorter stays may be available during summer and fall months. The minimum age to rent is 25.

This unit requires a physical key. You will need to pick up keys from our office at 2085 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach first to gain access to this unit.

Beautiful Gulf Location!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the view from this corner condo unit! Mid island condo is typical 2bed/2bath layout, conveniently located across the street from Publix Grocery, a marina, bar and nice restaurant. Other than that, a 30 minute south walk to Outrigger and about 20 minute walk north to Junkaroo. There was plenty of parking when we stayed, road and restaurants were only busy a few days after Christmas. Were disappointed upon arrival as condo wasn’t well stocked - no laundry detergent, one dishwasher tablet, 1 almost empty box of kleenex, 3 rolls of toilet paper, etc. I’m used to having plenty of supplies on hand. Property management company was very responsive. Wifi and tvs easy to use. Overall a great place to stay!

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Did not end up staying on this property

We got in and there was no office on site as we were told. Called and half hour later key was brought to us, she said she had gone up and turned on air. Got in room and air not working at all. Called her again and she would send over repair man that we needed to wait for! Now I am on vacation and not about to do this! We booked this trip 6 months ago at a different property, then told we had to be moved to this one. To sum it up we left the keys in the room and stayed at another hotel altogether. I did visit your office and spoke to them and I will be requesting some form of compensation for all our troubles and stress. Sad to say our experience was awful.
