"The Ski Shack"- Hot Tub, Pool Table, 2 Fireplaces, WiFi, Close to slopes

The cabin includes a private hot tub, three bedrooms, WiFi, pool table, large backyard and a short walk to the ski shuttle.

From skiing and snowboarding one mile away to summer fun in the lake just two miles away, every guest is sure to find their favorite activity year-round.

The space

Three comfortable bedrooms occupy the first floor, giving each of the seven guests staying here a place to rest each night on either of the two queen beds or two sets of bunk beds.

One full bathroom with a tub/shower combination is downstairs, and a second is located upstairs for convenience. There is also access to a private deck from the master suite, which has a steaming hot tub ready for a relaxing evening.

Light the fireplace and turn a movie or show on the flatscreen TV in the living room complete with Netflix, a Blu-ray DVD player with a DVD library and a gaming console. Enjoy views of the ski runs of two resorts from the windows of the living room, and both the upper and lower decks of the home.

Meals are made easy here with the well stocked kitchen, with beautiful Quartz countertops with modern and updated appliance. The Kitchen which comes with an oven/stove top, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, Keurig, dishwasher, blender, air fryer and more. Take a seat at the dining table, barstools, or outside on the balcony's patio set (gas BBQ grill included!).

Also provided here are games for all ages, a highchair, and even a washer and dryer.

Rent boats, skis, jet skis, fishing equipment, and more down at the marina. You can even try out parasailing. Take a hike and enjoy the gorgeous mountain views, or pack a picnic lunch to eat at Meadow Park. Head to Magic Mountain for a thrilling day of riding the alpine slide, water slide, playing mini-golf, and more. Snowboarding and skiing are close at hand, so you can enjoy as many runs as you like. And for delicious meals and unique shopping, Big Bear Village is just three miles away. Bike and ski Snow Summit, also just a mile away.

No matter what time of year you book this rustic mountain home, your friends or family are sure to have a blast!

Terrific space and location!

The layout of the cabin was fantastic for our family of 4. Children loved the bunk beds (with handy steps and cubbies) and enjoyed having a PacMan machine in their space. Having the living/dining area upstairs was lovely, as it gave great views of the trees and mountains. Location in town is ideal for us, near our favorite attractions and coffee shop. Our kids also loved the play structure in the backyard. Property managers are kind and extremely responsive. Could not have asked for a better stay!

Must Book Perfect Weekend Getaway

Highest Recommendation. The cabin was perfect for our party of six people. It was exactly as described and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The grocery market was about a 4 minute drive away, the Big Bear Boards rental shop was a 6 minute walk and the shuttle was right behind that! Breakfast was cooked every morning with the skillet and waffle maker provided. The grill had propane ready for use with all of the essentials to cook. The couches are so comfortable for relaxing in front of the fire and taking naps. All around the cabin was everything I needed for this trip and more. My friends were also blown away with the location and amenities. Thank you to the lovely host Dustin and Lisa who put up with my plethora of questions. They made everything about staying and booking such a breeze. I recommend the Ski Shack for a trip to Big Bear. And highly recommend Dustin and Lisa as host in general!!! Thank you both and best wishes.

Beautiful Cabin!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful and comfortable cabin. My 4 year old loved playing in the snow and on the playground set in the backyard. The view from the house is gorgeous and the beds and couch were very comfortable. The owners are very responsive as well.

Best cabin in town

This cabin is Incredible. They porvided you with everything you need. The owner Dustin was very nice and helpful. We had some kind of internet problem when we first got there . He didnt hesitate to call and help us out right away. This is the second time we have stayed here in past 2 years and I sure it wont be last time. We coming back every year from now. Thank you!!
