4 BR, 3 BA CONDO – GREAT FRISCO LOCATION, WALK TO DOWNTOWN!
This condo is the perfect choice for families, large groups or groups who wish to spread out. Relax after a day of skiing in either of the unit's two living areas and sleep comfortably in the expansive 4-bedroom, 3-bath layout of 1850 square-feet. Take a leisurely 2-block stroll to the charming downtown Frisco to grab a coffee, find a restaurant or shop. Access to skiing is simple with the free Summit Stage shuttle that stops a few blocks away giving you quick access to Copper Mountain, Breckenridge and even Keystone, A-basin or the Silverthorne Outlets. With a quick 30 minutes drive to Vail, the location is the perfect centralized location.
Two distinct living room areas ensure everyone has a good time. Sit by the cozy temperature-controlled gas fireplace in the upstairs living room while not missing conversations from the kitchen or dining room in the great room setup. Or, send the kids (or young at heart) to the downstairs living area to play foosball, air hockey or to get comfy on the sectional while watching a movie or the game on the 4K LED HDTV with surround sound, DVD player, Netflix and more.
There's a full kitchen with coffee maker, espresso press, and everything you need to whip up anything from snacks to a full Thanksgiving dinner. Both Walmart and Whole Foods are less than a mile drive to stock up on food for your stay. Or, if cooking isn't your thing, walk 2 blocks to any of the fine restaurants in downtown Frisco or take a short drive to Dillon, Breckenridge or Silverthorne.
The unit's layout offers incredible flexibility. Upstairs there are two, queen-bed master suites each with their own full, attached bath with heated floors. Downstairs there are two additional bedrooms that share an additional master; one featuring a large king bed while the 4th bedroom has a captains bunk (twin over double) and a twin trundle bed.
In the summer, head 2-blocks in the opposite direction to access the summit county path system with trails to Copper, Breckenridge, Dillon, Vail and the Frisco marina for fishing, kayaking and more. Hiking and outdoor trails are just as close with quick access right out your back door (0.2 miles / <5 min walk) to Rainbow Lake Trailhead. If golfing is your thing, you can tee off from the highest tee box in North America at Copper Creek Golf Course just six miles south (also via the Summit Stage) or at the championship Keystone River Course or Ravens Three Peak Course less than 15 minutes away.
Other amenities in this conveniently located condo include complimentary 100 Mbps wireless Internet access, an attached ski locker, a patio and full-size washer and dryer.

We loved the location as it was quiet but within walking distance to Main Street, and it allowed us to ski several of the near-by ski resorts. The condo was also very clean and stocked with everything we needed to have a great stay. It accommodated three couples easily, with lots of room to spread out.
Very comfortable. Great location. Good value. Responsive communications with owners. Very well stocked kitchen. Easy parking. Quiet location. Fireplace. Simple departure check out procedures.
Terrific accommodations. Clean. Well designed. We were 7 adults, a teenager and a child. Plenty of room. Host communicated real well and was very helpful and accommodating. Definitely recommend. Would return.
Family and I stayed here on a recent ski trip. Great location and property was well appointed and cared for. Had zero issues and would happily stay here again.
We loved the place! Has everything you need. Probably the best well equipped place we’ve ever stayed. Thanks so much for helping make our trip awesome.

Thank you and it was a pleasure hosting you. We're happy to hear you loved all our amenities and enjoyed your stay. Hoping to see you again next year!
The owners clearly care about keeping the place nice. We like to include a couple of our adult children with spouses and a grandchild, so having 3 different rooms with a king or queen bed is perfect. The access to Main Street is good.
Great location for walking into downtown Frisco. VRBO was clean and neat. One double bed was too soft for our comfort but all other beds were satisfactory. Communication with the owner was excellent. Good Wi-Fi. Kitchen was small but well equipped for our purposes.Game room with TV, air hockey, and foosball was much appreciated.
We've stayed at a number of properties across the Midwest and this one, by far, was the most well supplied! I typically cook in advance due lack of kitchenware, but this unit had all the required basics! Also, I love radiant floors in the bathroom! Overall, a great stay that felt a lot like home!
Family ski trip - we picked Frisco to be centrally located to Vail, Beaver Creek, and Breckenridge. The condo was well stocked and had lots of room to relax and hang out together.
Perfect location - two blocks from Main Street and close proximity to Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Vail and Beaver Creek. Great place for a family and it had all of the items one needs when renting a place. Beds were very comfortable and the owners were very easy to work with and they were very helpful. We would stay there again.
The condo is located within walking distance of the Main Street. It was able to accommodate our larger group in comfort. The owners were responsive and great to work with. I would highly recommend.
The town house was in a great location to walk to town. Our family of five adults & two children had plenty of room. The downstairs was a great set up for kids & their parents. The foosball & air hockey games along with the other house supplies games were great. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was complete with appliances, cooking equipment dishes. Overall, our family enjoyed our stay in Frisco. House was clean.
We had a wonderful time in Frisco with family and skiing and Jeff and his condo made it even more memorable! Great location, easy walk to the bus pick up for skiing and to all the wonderful places on Main Street. Jeff was great to work with and very accommodating. House was perfect for our family of 5 to stay in the lower level and our extended family stayed in the bedrooms upstairs. Would highly recommend!
A group of five of us headed to Frisco / Copper for a week of skiing during the kids' spring break. The condo was perfect - plenty of room and configured nicely, the kitchen is well-stocked (unlike many VRBO's that are empty), and the location is terrific - short walk to Main St. when you're not in the mood to cook. Nothing but positive feedback.
The property was perfect for our 2 families to celebrate our high school seniors during our Spring Break ski trip. Close to Copper, A-Basin, and Keystone. Wonderful, short walk to Frisco to explore, eat, and shop. Owners were attentive and responsive. We will definitely be coming back here soon!
We had a great stay in Jeff's VRBO! It was a very clean, family friendly, and beautiful woodwork. The games in the basement were a hit! There was a bit of noise from the people in the condo above our unit, but something we could easily get past.
Overall a very good experience!
Wonderful condo, really clean and perfect size for our group of 7. The condo was well stocked and fulfilled all our needs. Super cozy and tastefully decorated. Location was perfect, so close to town and great skiing at Copper Mt. Owner was great with communication and lots of wonderful recommendations. We will be back!

Fantastic and glad to hear your stay met your expectations. Looking forward to having you stay again soon!
This spacious condo—4 bedrooms, 3 baths— put us walking distance to Frisco Main St with great restaurants and great shopping AND easy drives to great skiing—4 areas within easy reach. The condo is comfy, furnished & equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals. The host is easy to work with. A great place for a family ski vacation
This property was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 3 kids. Our yougest grandson asked if we could come back again. :) The host was responsive and checked in to make sure everything was ok. We would definitely stay here again.
We had a group of four couples. It’s a big place, good for 8 people. Lots of room. The gas grill actually works. Enough parking. Clean, comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again. Frisco always has good food options and this place is a ten minute walk from almost all of them.

Our family lives nearby in Boulder, Colorado and we love the mountains! I am in technology and my wife takes care of two busy and growing boys. We love Frisco and hope you will as well. If you love the outdoors like we do, we know you will have a great stay and we look forward to being your host.
Why they chose this property
This condo is incredible because of its size and location. We love spending time with friends and with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and two family room living areas, there is plenty of room to stretch out and entertain a group. Plus, this property has an ideal location. It is a short 2 block walk to Main St. Frisco to grab a coffee, get dinner or stroll the shops. Hiking & bike trails are right out the back door, and the free summit stage shuttle to Copper or Breck is a short walk as well.
What makes this property unique
Everyone knows the Colorado mountains are a great place to be in the winter and summer. You can ski nearby at numerous mountains in the winter and bike, hike and fish in the summer. What people don't realize is that the fall and spring are also incredible times to visit. The fall has incredible colors, festivals and events and the spring is a great time to relax or catch a late season snow.
