Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

The home's screened front porch and modern black-frame windows set the stunning scene for your ultimate WaterColor vacation. Inside, high vaulted ceilings allow natural light to fill the main living area, and the open-concept floorplan invites guests to share in a time of togetherness and fun. The living room showcases a gorgeous collection of coastal decor and art and beckons guests to relax on the plush, oversize sectional sofa. A large flat-screen television creates the perfect opportunity to enjoy a family movie night at the end of a long day of fun and sun.

Home cooks will love this well-equipped kitchen. Premium stainless steel appliances, bright white cabinetry, and spacious granite countertops allow families to enjoy preparing meals together. The nearby dining area offers six beautiful rattan chairs, with seating for an additional two guests at the adjacent breakfast bar.

Down the hall are two of the home's beautiful bedrooms. Had a great week at this home. We come to watercolor every year and this house was on par with others we have stayed in. Had 2 families of 4 and plenty of room. House is on a quiet street at well. Thanks for a comfortable stay.

The house was great but we had a lot of maintenance issues. The refrigerator and freezer did not work for 3 days. They brought in a loaner refrigerator but it was very small for a family of 6. The tv on the outdoor porch never worked the entire time. The master shower did not get hot and had to be adjusted. There were constant maintenance people in the home the first few days as a result. At the end more maintenance people came out to fix a broken wood pane on the front door. Again, another intrusion. No money was refunded to us despite asking. We felt we never really got full use of all that we paid for.
