New Smyrna Beach - Oceanfront two bedroom, two bathroom condo located in the prestigious Tradewinds Condominiums (South Tower) located on the no-drive section of the white sands of New Smyrna Beach. This luxurious 10th floor unit is immaculately maintained including a recent complete kitchen, including appliances, and partial second bathroom remodel. Enjoy the new patio furniture on the oceanfront balcony and watch the dolphins swim in the surf or simply enjoy the ocean breeze. This unit has a king bed in the master bedroom, two queen beds in the second bedroom and two brand new leather sofas in the living room. The unit comfortably sleeps six people. The master bedroom and living area have large sliding glass doors to allow for wonderful direct oceanfront views of the Atlantic Ocean during the day and the soothing sound of the ocean surf during the evening and overnight hours. Enjoy use of three flat-screen tvs in the large living area, master or second bedroom.
Overhead fans in the living room and each bedroom. Washer and dryer in the unit and ample on-site parking. Property includes two swimming pools, hot tub, exercise room, on-site property manager as well as a video and well-stocked book library for guests.

NO SMOKING allowed inside the unit.

Rental (30) day minimum, no pets.

** A building renovation project on the North Tower was initiated in March 2026 which will limit access to some property amenities during 2026 **

Great Location, very clean and comfortable! We enjoyed our month at the Tradewinds. Located directly on the white sand beach. We enjoyed hearing the Ocean waves from the balcony. Especially beautiful at night. New Smyrna has so many wonderful restaurants or enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. We even saw 2 shuttle launches during our stay!

Needs upgrades!!

Drove home to Pittsburgh to visit a Chiropractor. The MOST uncomfortable furniture this 65 year old has ever sat on. Kitchen is pretty new. Main bathroom is lovely, but very 60's with very low counter tops, as is second bathroom.

Nigel, thank you for taking the time to submit a review of our recently upgraded, direct oceanfront property. We're rather perplexed by both the review and its title, as just days prior to your arrival, we had completed our extensive 2021 upgrades. Interestingly, the renters who arrived just 72 hours after your departure "loved" the new luxury vinyl plank flooring, fresh painting, woodwork, ceiling, bathroom shower and tile upgrades, new furnishings and electronic keyless lock, etc. Not sure if this was an attempt at humor on your part, in light of our very recent and extensive completed upgrades but we find the majority of your observations to be without merit. In nearly five years of renting this beautiful condo, no other guest has ever suggested an issue of any kind with the furniture or custom-built patio table and chairs. Perhaps there are other age-related medical issues at play on your part which necessitated the subsequent doctor visit. You did however forget to mention the beautiful welcoming basket left for your party, fresh food and condiments stocked in the refrigerator for you, the stunning panoramic direct oceanfront view as well as our willingness to drop everything we were doing on a holiday weekend (Sunday morning) and drive up to NSB to assist you with a minor dishwasher issue. This incredible Tradewinds property was built in the 1980s, so the bathrooms simply cannot have a 60s look (not sure where you came up with this). We are also confused with respect to why you reached out to us post departure to discuss renting this property again next year if you were not completely satisfied during your recent stay. Great get-away!

We enjoyed our month at the Trade Winds condo for the month of March. The owners were easy to work with and applied the condo with everything we needed. The view was spectacular for the 10th floor balcony. Watching the sun rise every morning was just the best way to start our day!
