This property was perfect for our wedding anniversary get away. Perfect size for 2 adults and great location. Only steps away from the pool area and beach access. Well decorated and furnished. We will definitely go back.

Perfect for 2!

This property is a fantastic location for 2 who want easy beach and Beach Club access. Adjacent to shops. Other than occasional loud music from passing cars, it was very quiet despite being on the main road. No problems, would stay there again.

Construction chaos

While the condo itself was clean and in a great location, we were not told of construction taking place on our roof, immediately outside our windows, and on all sides of the condo. It was difficult to relax while listening to saws, hammers, and drills from 6 am to 6 pm. We were unable to use the patios due to construction. On several occasions, we were startled by a man standing outside our door at the top of the stairs who could easily see inside our dwelling. While we felt safe, it was still unsettling as we were two women. I realize this isn’t the fault of the owner; however, the managing company should have alerted us and allowed us to select different accommodations. I would not recommend using 360 Vacations without asking more questions. The condo itself was exactly how it was presented in the listing but the construction was never presented. I was quite disappointed.

Great spot!

Beautiful condo, great location, lovely porch! We loved enjoying coffee on the porch in the morning and wine in the afternoon. The agency made check in and out easy, left coffee and other amenities that helped us settle in.

Nice Property with Good location

The property was very nice and worked well for our family. The only issue we had was the fridge didn’t work and we had to throw away some food at the beginning of our stay. The management company told us the problem has been fixed but it was taken care of after we left.

Loved the open lines of the home, the comfortable furniture, the great views and the wonderful location! Two generous decks and lots of windows bringing in natural light make the place seem magical, even on a rainy day! It was great that we could walk to so many places, too! 😊

Spring Break Fun

The only thing that needed to be addressed were the balconies and patio furniture. They needed to be cleaned. The management company took care of it. We had a lot of fun and truly enjoyed our time at the condo and in that location. We would come back for sure!

Location, Location Perfection.

We absolutely loved this property for our stay. It was everything we needed for our family of three. Considering it is a one bedroom, it’s HUGE! There are two bathrooms, one on each floor. It was so comfortable, and you can’t beat the location, right by the beach club. It comes with two bikes, which we used every day after attaching our child carrier. Our son loved his first real trip to the beach, and this property made it so fun because we never had to take our car anywhere! Being so close to everything is crucial with a toddler. I stayed in watercolor with my family when it was first developed, and now I love being able to share everything I love about it with my husband and son. No complaints. We will certainly be back.

Amazing time

My husband and I stayed here and loved it. We never drove our car once we got there. We could walk to the Watercolor beach club and seaside easily. We have so much fun and it was such a relaxing trip. Only thing was the water pressure wasn’t great in the bathrooms for the showers but other than that, we absolutely loved it.

I cannot say enough about 360 and their excellent service. I have used many companies over the years while renting on 30A and no one has better service! The only reason I gave 4stars for the property is because the upstairs wasn’t cool at night no matter what temp we put the AC on downstairs. The location is perfect and everything else about this condo was super clean which I appreciate! I will stay again

This is a great property in the best location. The unit is well equipped though light in supplies, but a great market is close by so that was easily overcome. The 360 Blue app is really great, very complete, and contacting staff for any questions was very convenient. My issue is that the property is aging quickly with doors sagging, windows broken or inoperable, and plumbing fittings not delivering the proper water pressure or are on the verge of broken. I must say not withstanding my issue this is really a great place to stay, with great service, so do give this property a try.

June 2018 Stay/ let down!

We left early. Interior of unit: Cons- Floors not vacuumed- rug was dirty. No extra towels so I had to wash them. No extra toilet paper. Downstairs freezing cold and the upstairs was burning up hot! Hard to sleep! Exterior of the unit: Exterior of the building was a mess due to construction. Unsafe - we had to walk under ladders and over nails! I had to make sure our child didn’t step on nails from the construction. Noisy due to the road and construction. Facilities/ watercolor- Pool was dirty, hot, and crowded. Pool passes stopped working and 360 blue had to deliver more. Beach was crowded and no beach chairs were available.
