This beautifully newly decorated ground floor Azure gem is just steps from the shimmering crystal blue pool and hot tub, all overlooking the expansive Gulf of Mexico, thereby making this unit the ideal home for those families with children.
The convenience of this ground floor beauty means "no hassles" with elevators as you simply walk out onto the large rear patio where you meet the elegant pool and hot tub and step onto the nearby boardwalk which leads you to the "sugary" white sandy beach and the emerald waters of the Gulf!
The spacious rear patio has been updated with a new Polywood elevated table and six matching elevated Polywood Captain chairs. Additionally, there are two Polywood chairs and a matching Polywood table for all of your "relaxing" outdoor patio time.
This stunning 4 bedroom, 3 bath Gulf Front vacation "home away from home" includes stylish tile flooring throughout the unit (no dingy carpet) and floor to ceiling patio doors in both the living room and master bedroom. Your views of the sparkling pool, the lush landscaping, the manicured palm trees and the emerald Gulf are magnificent....ahh, very soothing and tranquil!
This gorgeous condo features a 55 inch Samsung flat screen Smart TV in the living room (wall mounted) with a stylish entertainment center below.
Numerous other great features of this unit include granite counter tops, full size stainless steel refrigerator, cook-top stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher. All dishes, pots, and utensils are provided for all of your cooking pleasures (you have everything at your fingertips to whip up that gourmet meal!!!). Also, all linens are provided for you. All you need to bring are beach towels, swim suits, and your toothbrush!
Wake up to the sounds of the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico in the waterfront master suite which offers a king size bed (its big and comfy!!!) with private access to your spacious patio. The master bath includes two granite sinks, a fabulous Jacuzzi tub ,and a spacious walk in shower. It is stunning and quite roomy!
Each beautifully decorated bedroom has a Samsung flat screen TV for when you just want to "kick back and chill"! We have new 40 inch flat screen TV's in each bedroom and a 32 inch flat screen TV in the newly updated Queen size bedroom.
A brand new full size washer and dryer in a separate, spacious laundry room add to the convenient features of this lovely unit.
This beautiful Gulf front condo can accommodate 8 guests.
And how about this... .when you stay in our beautiful, Gulf front condo, you get one umbrella and two chairs COMPLIMENTARY for all of your beach enjoyment March through October. We have an "excellent" beach attendant who aims to please! Ahh...life is GOOD!
Azure amenities include two gulf front pools (one heated which is the one adjacent to our unit) and two gulf front hot tubs (one adjacent to our unit). For the kids and those of us young at heart, there is a spray "mushroom" and spray fountains, all adjacent to the two pools. Azure includes a fabulous exercise room with modern equipment, private covered parking, private beach with dune walkover and barbecue area with gas grills (so be the outdoor chef and grill it up!).
The Okaloosa Fishing Pier and the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park, along with numerous delicious restaurants such as Angler's, The Crab Trap, The Black Pearl, and Floyd's are just a short stroll down the pristine sandy white beach and the emerald Gulf! Additionally, across the street from Azure is Stewby's Seafood Shanty, AJ's Oyster Shanty, and FUBAR Pizza Bar (down the side street). And there is now a new putt putt golf across the street from Azure. Really, we have it all so close and convenient!!!!

This was our third time staying in this building, and this unit has been the best so far! Awesome location on the ground floor by the heated pool, comfortable and clean, and one of the best-stocked kitchens I’ve ever had from a vacation rental. We will definitely come back!

A blessing in disguise!

We were 15 minutes from our destination when we found out it was going to be unavailable . In all of that crazy we found room 104, our blessing for the week! You will not be disappointed in this room! It is well taken care of, well stocked with all of the things you need to live life comfortably and very clean! It is a beautiful condo that we will be visiting again!

We have been coming to Florida/ Alabama beaches for 20+ years and this was one of the nicest, cleanest condos we have ever stayed at. Very very nice unit! The appliances were all newer and the beds were very comfortable. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had! Would 100% rent again.

Azure #104 is beautiful! It’s fantastic to walk out of your patio to be at the pool, the boardwalk to the beach is not much further! The kitchen is stocked with all you need-then some! The owners are very easy to communicate with & want to make sure your stay is an excellent experience!!! Would definitely recommend!!!

We have been vacationing on Okaloosa Island for the last 35 years. We have traveled to many beaches and the beaches on Okaloosa Island are some of the best in the world with the white sugar sand. We have 5 grown children and 8 grandchildren that just love this area.

What makes this property unique

This is the perfect location. Ground floor for easy access from the parking lot. The pool is just steps away from your patio. No dragging those beach items and toys up the elevator and through the front door of your condo.
