Shell Yeah! Your sure to enjoy your stay at this East facing 2 bedroom, 2 bath half-duplex in beloved Key Colony Beach! Located on a deep water canal, this home offers a 30 FT. dock with immediate Vaca Cut access for easy & quick access to both the Ocean & the Bay!
Relax in the sparking pool overlooking the clear canal (pool can be heated, fee applies) featuring colored lighting and surrounded by your choice of lounge chairs.
The spacious & shaded 23’x15’ screened Lanai (no bugs allowed here) has comfy chairs and a dining table.
The Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, flat screen TV, king bed, alarm clock, ceiling fan and hairdryer.
The second bedroom, offering a king bed, ceiling fan and flat-screen TV is adjacent to a full bath with a hair dryer.
The open and roomy living/dining areas have ceiling fans, a pull-out sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, privacy screen and a 3 seat kitchen island.
The well-planned kitchen is loaded with all the utensils, cookware, and dishes you will need! The refrigerator with ice-maker, stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker, blender and toaster are at your fingertips.
Our home features generous off-street parking for your cars and boat trailers, washer and dryer, bait freezer, fish cleaning table, gas grill, cable, and internet service plus a commercial ice maker—perfect for your fishing adventures.
Sit back and enjoy happy hours with family and friends and soak up the “Keys-ish” atmosphere around your own pool on the water.
Not only does this home offer a private pool but also access to the Cabana Club, where you'll enjoy a private beach, Olympic size pool, bar and snack shack!
