Right On the Beach - Spectacular Views!




Freshly updated with new furniture, including a king size mattress.

Recommended occupancy is two.

The deck includes brand two chairs that are elevated and perfect for ocean viewing. Start each day watching the magnificent sunrise.

Kitchen includes pots, pans, utensils and table settings, everything you need to prepare your own meals. If you prefer, the condo is just a short walk from Carolina Beach restaurants. This location provides the perfect mix of quiet beach scenery with nearby activities.

This is a third floor condo, with no elevator. The stairs not only provide outstanding exercise benefits, they pay off with one of the best views to be had on the beach! Beware, it's three flights up, as the first floor is above private garage space.

Carolina Beach Lake Park is 2 blocks away and has a lovely 1 mile walk around it and paddle boats for rental. The farmers market and local art fairs are located here during the warmer months.

Rise from the comfy king bed as the view from the 3rd floor deck beckons. Drink your favorite morning beverage while watching spectacular sunrises, dolphins frolicking in the surf, birds diving at schools of fish running across the horizon from your perch on the spacious deck. Grab your things and take the short, private walk down to the most gorgeous beach on the Atlantic. Let the beach take you on soft sandy walks and find that perfect spot.

After a quiet, leisurely day at the beach you can scout the fabulous restaurants that surround the area. Walk the boardwalk to watch the weekly fireworks , listen to music, shop or visit Britts Donuts...a rite of passage since 1939 and rated one of the top ten in the country.

Bike to Carolina Beach State Park, play some disc golf at Good Hops Brewing.

This house was perfect for my husband and myself. We enjoyed our stay very much. A highlight was watching dolphins from our balcony!! We were here in February so it was a little chilly and rainy but we still enjoyed our stay. Lots of great restaurants and the area has so many things to see and do. We will definitely be back!!

The view was excellent except for the huge pipes and construction equipment (evidently pumping sand back to beach?). We weren’t aware but it really didn’t affect anything regarding our stay. The beach was beautiful.

The first thing you notice is how clean everything is. It felt so comfortable to be there. The host was responsive and the view from the living room couch of the ocean sunrises were spectacular. We were given everything we could have needed including wonderful plush towels and plenty of kitchen equipment and extra dish towels etc.There was ample parking in back and the stairs to go up to the third floor were solid and in good condition. I am so glad this is where we got to stay. I didn’t want to leave!

This condo was wonderful! The steps leading up to it are a bit of a hike, but absolutely worth it for the stunning ocean view. I especially appreciated the high-quality outdoor seating on the balcony. Perfect for relaxing and taking it all in. Would definitely stay here again!

Mike was a great host. He was quick in responding and quite accommodating to our needs. You cannot ask for a better location. It was a wonderful experience to wake up to a beautiful sunrise, and the sunset was equally spectacular. All of the amenities were in good working order, and the kitchen was well stocked with just about any cooking items you might need. The bed and sofa were extremely comfortable, and I loved the seafaring decor. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

The owner has loved Carolina Beach since moving to North Carolina in 2010. After renting vacation condos all these years, I decided to leverage our experience in hopes that we can provide the best possible experience to our guests.

I am not a landlord of multiple properties - this is it. I treat this place like my home, and it is my desire to make it feel like your own home away from home when you stay at this very special place.

Why they chose this property

Location, location, location, coupled with the most amazing view. We are on a quiet street, just blocks away from the Main Street of Carolina Beach. One hundred yards from the beach through our private walkway. One block from Ice Cream (Squigleys) , two blocks from great hamburgers (Hang Ten Grill) and three blocks from restaurants, night spots and the boardwalk.

Oh, and just in case we didn't mention it, the view is spectacular.
