So quite when you want to relax away from noise of hustle and bustle but one block from all the action. 20 min ride to ocean. Can uber so don't have to worry about parking. Wife and I stayed here for 4 days in August, you simply cannot beat the location and the price. Driveway parking was a huge help, such a great area to leave your car and walk around exploring Wilmington. The place was clean, has lots of space, really it has everything you need and more. Washer & dryer were a great help, powerful A/C was a huge hit with the Mrs. Full kitchen if you want to cook, tons of great restaurants in walking distance if you want to head out. Great communication & instructions. Cannot recommend this place enough.

This place was awesome!! Clean, close to everything we love about historic Wilmington.

Super clean, decorated so tastefully... Loved the back patio with the lights and the addictive hook and ring game!!! Such a great total place to decompress.

Incredibly convenient

Best location, one block off Riverwalk. Parking is a huge bonus. Good AC. Very nice place and would recommend. Host is very communicative and friendly.

Amenities were good. Could use some updating. Disappointed in the cleanliness of the place, in particular the bathroom as there was black mold found on the shower curtain and under the bathroom tub mat inside of the tub.

Thanks for staying and information on shower mat. I sure it was moisture and meldew from water beiing uhder the black non slip mat in shower. The mat and curtain is being replaced.
