This beautiful ancient barn converted into a contemporary house offers a Kitchen, a living room (with fireplace), three bedrooms in the house, 2 bathrooms, a studio at the pool with indoor and outdoor bathrooms, and a very large garden (1.2 ha going over the hills with stunning views of the surrounding hills, the village of Ménerbes, the Luberon and the Mount Ventoux). It sleeps 10 people. You will find a large heated pool (17x5 m), Wi-Fi Internet, telephone, television, washer, dryer etc.. Bed and bathroom linen are included.

Super vacances dans le Luberon

Magnifique domaine décoré avec beaucoup de goût. L’intérieur de la maison est un petit bijou, superbe véranda et cuisine, tableaux, mobilier, luminaires, mélange de styles… A l’extérieur Aménagement paysager, vigne, oliviers, grande piscine et son incroyable pool house, boulodrome.. Plein de petits détails qui permettent de passer de super vacances entre amis ou en famille. Tout est étudié, agencé et permet de se sentir très bien! Merci pour votre accueil.

Heerlijk ontspannen in en rond een Provençaalse parel

Gastvrije ontvangst en steeds bereid om ons, discreet, van dienst te zijn. Ieder van ons ervaarde een gezellig thuisgevoel in een heel smaakvol ingerichte villa en we genoten op het domein van petanquen, zwembad, terrassen, BBQ en van urenlange wandelen.

Man zahlt für die Grösse des Grundstückes. Dieses ist sehr schön, gepflegt und weitläufig. Das Haus, die Garten- und Poolausstattung sind jedoch in die Jahre gekommen. An der Sauberkeit kann gearbeitet werden. Um zum Beispiel die Waschmaschine zu nutzen, haben wir diese erstmal von Schimmel reinigen müssen. Die Beschreibung "15min zu Fuss nach Menerbes" ist nur korrekt, wenn man am Fusse von Menerbers ankommt (zu erreichen über eine Landstrasse, welche im Sommer in der knallenden Sonne liegt). Der Dorfkern wo man Einkaufen oder Essen kann ist nicht einfach zu Erreichen. Da wir ein paar Personen über 60Jahre zu Besuch hatten, war dies ursprünglich ein Kriterium für die Buchung des Objektes - welches sich als unrealistisch herausgestellt hat. Die Hälfte der Schränke in den Schlafzimmern wird von Sachen des Besitzers "blockiert". Was wir sehr merkwürdig fanden, da wir davon ausgegangen sind, dass es sich um ein professionelles Objekt und kein AirBnB handelt. Da wir 3 Wochen vor Ort waren, war das etwas störend. Zusammenfassend: wir haben trotzdem eine nette Zeit verbracht und den Garten und den Pool genossen. Es sollte jedoch mal wieder etwas Geld in Sanierung gesteckt werden. Zudem kann definitiv an der Sauberkeit gearbeitet werden. Nettes Objekt aber aktuell kein gerechtfertigtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Anmerken möchten wir noch, dass der Manager des Objektes jederzeit und sofort bei Problemen zur Verfügung stand und sich sofort gekümmert hat! Danke hierfür.

Sublime propriété au calme à 2 pas de Menerbes

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans la propriété de Denis. La maison, de type Mas, est très agréable, décorée avec goût et les chambres / literies très confortables. Très bien équipée. La piscine, un peu à l’écart (pratique et sécure quand on a des enfants en bas âge) est superbe et très grande (parfait pour faire quelques longueurs). Les vues sont sublimes, particulièrement la vue de la terrasse sur les vignes au petit déjeuner et le soir au coucher du soleil. Et un calme ! Menerbes est un emplacement idéal pour découvrir le Luberon. Enfin, nous avons été très bien accueillis par Mickael à notre arrivée. Bref, un endroit qu’on ne peut que recommander !
