Shipmaster - Spacious 3BR, 3 Bath with Golf-View/Tennis/Pool/BEACH LOCKER

Located in Shipyard Plantation, 1001 Shipmaster is a bright 3 bedroom, 3 bath end unit townhome that has recently been completely updated. The villa, which feature a lagoon and golf views, is just a short 10-minute walk or 2 min bike ride to the Shipyard beach access. Shipmaster includes both a pool and tennis court (with pickleball painted lines) for use exclusively by owners and their guests.

**As an added convenience and bonus, our Guests are now welcome to use our Shipyard beach locker to store their beach gear during the week! You asked.....we delivered! :)

The entire villa is spacious and decorated in a comfortable coastal style with three master bedrooms:
Master Main - King, patio
2nd Floor Front Master - King and Twin, balcony
2nd Floor Rear Master - Two Full Beds, balcony

HHI has always meant fun, relaxing family time for us, so you will find our home complete with a full array of board/card games, movies and books that will add to a great family vacation!

We value our guests and their recommendations! Based on reviews, we added ceiling fans and large screen tv's to each bedroom, a new king mattress in main floor master, a king mattress in upstairs bedroom, patio set, and a new HVAC system.

We would love for you and your family to unwind, relax, make wonderful memories, and enjoy all that HHI has to offer!

Unfortunately, NO FISHING, E-BIKES or RV'S are allowed in Shipyard.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals and plenty of dinnerware to serve everyone. Lynn was so kind and quick to respond with any questions I had. Beds were comfy and the entire place was very comfortable. We would definitely book here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was exactly as described in the listing. It was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our group of five adults. It had everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation, including all the necessities plus thoughtful extras like beach towels and beach chairs, which were greatly appreciated. The home was well-maintained, and the check-in process was easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing beach vacation.

Villa is beautifully decorated. It was very clean and had everything you could need. Very comfortable for our family vacation with our 2 adult children and their significant others. Something to do for everyone with pickleball / tennis courts, private beach access, pool, and golf. Lynn is a very attentive host with awesome communication.

This was our second stay here and we had the absolute best time and cant wait for another opportunity to come back! We have lots of young kids so with that in mind: its a quickest little walk or drive to beach access, a beach locker with sand toys and beach chairs so we arent dragging them far or bringing our own, very short walk to pool and to play pickleball and look for alligators. Location is excellent in general if you want to drive somewhere. House itself has a great layout, plenty of space to spread out and places to sleep kiddos. Plenty of supplies, very clean and super comfortable beds. Lots of wonderful touches like box fans in the bedrooms, portable crib, high chair, wheeled cooler. Its so easy as parents to ACTUALLY feel like we are on vacation too. 100% feels like a true home away from home!

Beautiful villa in a beautiful place!

The villa, its location and the decor invite comfort, relaxation and a vacation vibe! It was spacious, comfortable and clean with all the necessary amenities. Lynn was so welcoming to us. The area is beautiful and the warm water of the ocean was just great!

Our oldest son even proposed to our daughter-in-law on Shipyard beach! And now we are adding to the next generation of HHI memories with our 3 little grandsons!

Newly renovated in 2017, the villa offers a fully stocked kitchen, large bedrooms, bright, coastal decor, new living room furniture, new tv's, wifi, etc. Our goal is to make you feel happy, relaxed and welcomed from the moment you arrive to the time you head back to your home!
