The second bedroom offers another King-sized bed, complete with a flat-screen TV, and a private bath featuring a luxurious Jacuzzi tub. Meanwhile, the third bedroom is perfect for families or larger groups, with two Full beds, a flat-screen TV, and a private bath with a tiled walk-in shower. This unit can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.

Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
All reservations at Turquoise Place are automatically charged for two parking passes. You will receive your parking pass(es) and keys from the front counter in the Turquoise Place C or D Tower Office during check-in.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.
