MORAIRA TEULADA 5 minutes from the beach. the house of 250 m2 facing the sea, can accommodate 8 people with 4 bedrooms, its 2 bathrooms, its kitchen, renovated in 2016, its pantry, its large living room with mezzanine, the dining room. On the large terrace you can take your meals enjoying the sea view. By the private secure and maintained swimming pool you will spend delicious moments.
The garden with pine trees will offer you its cool shade for delicious naps facing the sea, after a swim in the pool or in the sea on the nearby cove.
Small children will be able to play in the large enclosed garden, and even build huts there, without the risk of falling into the fully secure pool.
