This spacious condo offers refined elegance in a convenient location, just steps from the Independence Super Chair Lift at the base of Breckenridge Ski Resort’s Peak 7 and along the Breck Connect Gondola route. The Independence Super Chair Lift provides access to peaks to 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10. The Breck Connect Gondola takes you to the heart of historic Breckenridge and it's many shops, restaurants, and nightlife.
The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 features the eclectic Sevens restaurant and the alluring Soothe Spa, as well as an après ski bar in the lobby, private movie theaters and a fully equipped Family Fun Center. You can relax and rejuvenate in the exclusive, adult-only grotto, or soak in one of our outdoor hot tubs. Stay in shape using the indoor/outdoor swimming pool or take advantage of the state-of-the-art fitness center.
This is a two bedroom master unit that sleeps 8 people. It consists of 2 adjoining units with one side (suite) having a king bed in the bedroom, full bathroom, kitchenette and a queen sleeper sofa. The other side (master) also has a king bed in the bedroom, a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, a large dining area, fully equipped, gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, beautiful view from a private balcony, stone fireplace, washer and dryer, flat screen TV's and the finest furnishings available. This property is great because it has everything a family would need. The unit sleeps 8 people comfortably. It's only steps away from the Independence Super Chairlift on Peak 7.
What makes this property unique
The multiple indoor/outdoor hot tubs, pools, and water slide are great for relaxing after a day on the slopes. Even though there is underground, heated parking for 2 cars, you really don't need a car after you check in. The free courtesy shuttle will take you to downtown Breckenridge. Also, the free Breck Connect Gondola is a few steps away from our building which also takes you directly to downtown Breckenridge. Our family loves the private movie theaters. There are hundreds of movies available to watch. Sevens Restaurant and the Grand Lodge lobby bar are on site for apres ski. In addition, Soothe Spa is on site in case you want a massage. Breck Sports ski rental is right next door. So everything that you need is right here for a fun and relaxing vacation!
