Welcome to the Sea Breeze!

Enjoy this water front beach house rental on the canal, just a short walk or golf cart ride away from the beach! Our home sleeps 7 comfortably with 3 bedrooms, two full baths, and a private covered deck facing the canal for you to relax on at the end of the day. Included with the home is free use of the owner's personal golf cart. The master bedroom has a connecting bath and a queen size bed. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom, which has a twin over full bunk bed. All the bedrooms and the living area have new HDTV flat screen tvs. Free Wifi and Fubo TV are included.

The kitchen includes all the conveniences of home with a new stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker, full-sized dishwasher, built in microwave and oven, a center island cook top, wrap-around bar area with 4 stools, and a dining room table with chairs. Full laundry with side by side washer and dryer, ironing board and iron.

We rent our home during peak season from Saturday to Saturday. If you need a shorter vacation stay please contact me to discuss further details. Bed linens and bath towels are provided.

Oceanside Village is a private, gated community with 24 hour security located in Surfside Beach, between Myrtle Beach and Garden City Beach. It houses an indoor and outdoor pool with a splash park for kids, lighted tennis courts and basketball court, and a park area with equipment for the little ones. Just a short walk or golf cart ride finds you in the sand and surf next to one of the favorite dining spots, 'The Conch Cafe.' Private beachfront parking is available for community renters and residents. The village is only a few minutes drive North to Myrtle Beach and area attractions, or South to Murrell's Inlet and Pawley's Island for great seafood dining, night life, and specialty shops.

There is always something to do here with many outstanding golf courses, including Tupelo Bay across the street featuring a driving range, par 3 course, 18 hole 'Executive' course and miniature golf course. There are so many dining options (including Crabby Mike’s all you can eat seafood buffet, Murrell's Inlet seafood, River City Café and Bubbas Fish Shack), shopping at 'Broadway at the Beach', and entertainment at The Palace Theatre, Carolina Opry, Alabama Theatre, Pirates Voyage and Medieval Times.

YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE AND HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE TO DRIVE THE GOLF CART. Free use of our golf car is a savings of over $350! Please note that we make every effort to make the golf cart, washer and dryer, and other amenities available to all guests. However, there may be times where an item or amenity is unavailable due to no fault of our own, and therefore cannot be guaranteed to be available.

Good location, older property

This was our 2nd time to stay. Property is a bit dated and the 2nd bathroom shower is super super small. Really better for maybe 4 people max. But the golf cart is an added bonus and location is convenient. Owners were good to communicate when we had a slight issue. The units are very close to one another; beds are not so comfortable but - overall decent stay and fair price.

Spring break with young ones

Overall, the place was perfect for our needs. The house was comfortable and plenty of room. Cooking essentials for cooking all meals. Beds were comfortable. The golf cart was a hit with the kids (6/4/1)! It was nice to have for driving to the beach and indoor pool. The outdoor pool and splash pad wasn't open during our stay, too early in the season, but looks really nice! And perfect for our kids age. Myrtle Beach in general was also great for lots of activity options, indoor/outdoor play, inexpensive outings! We really enjoyed our time !!!! Stephanie was awesome with communication and super helpful with all of my questions! Thank you Stephanie for all of your help!

Amazing home!

This home is just wonderful. Super clean and has everything you need for a fantastic vacation! Neighborhood is awesome, indoor heated pool, bocce ball court, baseball and tennis courts and is in a gated neighborhood with 24/7 security. Owners couldn't be nicer, great communication and super friendly! Best of all there is a golf cart included with the home which is a HUGE savings!! We are definitely coming back here!! Close to the beach and they even have private parking and beach access for all owners and renters! Just the best!!

Property was as described, except MB has a king size bed not queen, bed was on the softer side. Loved the "lake" and the wildlife it attracts. Community was great and the private beach access definately a plus. The golf cart was available for our stay which made going to/from the beach a breeze. House had everything we needed. Commjnication with Danny, property manager, was flawless, nice gentlemen. One negative for my family was the low level shower head in the MB. Location was perfect for us, eveything was near or not too far. Would stay again.
