Your private paradise! This secluded beachfront home is perched on a bluff with unsurpassed sweeping views of Vineyard Sound and the Elizabeth Islands. The two en suite bedroom main house boasts a great room to spread out in, as well as a large, well equipped kitchen. Two more bedrooms with a shared bath, its own laundry and kitchenette make up the adjacent guest house. Dine tucked inside the kitchen nook, or outside on the lovely porch and dining table with oversized shade umbrella.
The expansive lawn extends invitation for yard games, hammock naps, and sunset viewing. At the edge of the lawn there's a path and stairs leading down to a sandy beach where you can walk left to Lambert's Cove Beach and right towards Makonikey. Calm north shore water makes this the perfect spot to enjoy kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing or swimming right in front of the house.
On top of all that’s offered, the home’s location is its secret superpower: secluded and private, yet only a 10min drive to town.

Spectacular setting
The area is secluded and stunning. Incredible views of the sound, immediate access to an incredible beach, and short walk (on said beach) to Lambert’s Cove.
The house itself is a charming beach house and very comfortable. It has not been updated, however, so if you are expecting a modern/new home, this is the place for you. But if you are looking to get away from the bustle of island in a comfortable (albeit dated home), this location cannot be beaten.
Carrie was also very responsive and helpful.
Overall, a wonderful and relaxing oasis.
