Our family vacations at the Pearl of Navarre have always been amazing, and this recent stay was no exception. We had the pleasure of renting this condo and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. The condo was well cleaned upon arrival and well stocked with towels, pillows, and bedding, ensuring that our family had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. Moreover, the location of the Pearl of Navarre is simply stunning. With its breathtaking views and close proximity to the beach.

Fun in the Sun at The Pearl

Extremely nice condo with beautiful views of the beach and pool area. My wife, son and girlfriend and 2 grandkids had a blast. Nice furnishings. Large master bedroom (king bed) and bath on beach side. Comfortable living room-dining area and kitchen. Bedroom with twin beds perfect for grandkids. Well equipped kitchen plus washer and dryer. Mother-in-law suite with bedroom/bath/wet bar (queen bed) on the street side was a bit tight and noisy but worked out OK for son and girlfriend. First floor location was very convenient -- no need to wait for the elevator when going in and out of condo. Deck overlooking pool with views up and down the beach was tremendous. Minor issue: worn-out wooden deck furniture should be replaced. Manager was very responsive to inquiries. Also provided explicit instructions for getting into complex, the condo and through the beach gate as well as required turn-over actions. Highly recommend!

Great location. Beautiful, clean sand. The walk to the Pier is easy. Saw turtles, dolphin, a shark.

This property is very roomy. The owner was very cordial and answered all our questions quickly. Didn't use the elevator except to transport luggage. First floor was so convenient. The walk to the Pier is well worth your time. No huge crowds.

The condo was very spacious for our family. It was very convenient to the pool and beach access. We had a problem with door locks on sliding doors not working. We notified owner but never heard back or fixed. Other than that everything was good.

This condo was everything it said it was and more !!!

The condo has a wraparound balcony for great views of the beach and the nearby pier, just above the pool area . It’s well laid out and furnished well Comfortable beds. Close to restaurants and Entertainment there on the island . I could go on and on about this condo , but will cut it short by just saying I enjoyed it dearly great place to visit and make memories with my family and grandchildren !!! Will definitely be back again!!!!

The Best!!

We had the best time! The pictures are exactly as it is and the location of the condo truly is the best. Loved sitting on the balcony and watching my family in the pool. Hearing the water fall of the pool at night was magical! The beach was so convenient too -I can still hear the waves on the shore. With a 14 month old the lockout suite was perfect for the privacy they needed. It was great having the pool toys too. Our family would go back in a heartbeat. Best view of Navarre Beach

Our unit was on the first floor, one flight of stairs, no waiting on the elevator! What an awesome layout for a family group, with a very large master suite facing the gulf, and a equally great lock-out suite facing the sound, the kids room in the middle with its own bathroom rounds it out. If I could buy a condo THIS would be it. You can almost touch the pool from the balcony, and there is an excellent walk way to the beach with a shower to clean off the sand. All furnishing appear in excellent condition, kitchen is well appointed, there is a full size washer and dryer as well. Michelle the owner is excellent, asks you to call her directly with any questions. We had to cut our Vaca short due to a family emergency, and she was able to work out getting our cleaning deposit back. We will definitely look into another booking at this site.

Family Beach trip

We loved the floor plan, as we had a 2yr old who needed to be able to sleep with all the partying, so the lockout suite was perfect for that. Also the convenience of not having to wait for the elevator was epic! Our windows and balcony looked out over the grilling area where we boiled crabs and shrimp, so that was an added bonus where we could still be “together” even though we were separate. This unit was perfect for our needs, and communication with the owners was excellent! The only con was having to be in the 3rd row of beach chairs, as all the 1st and 2nd rows were already reserved when I went down at 6:30am! I’m not sure how to get on the first row, but will look into that ahead of time when/if we come back. I’m sure Michelle(the owner) would’ve been able to help me with this, but I really didn’t even think to ask! We still had loads of fun on the beach! Great rental!!

We love our friends and our family, our hometown, festivals , food, the Ragin Cajuns Teams and Mardi Gras. My husband runs a small oilfield service company and some other small businesses - laudromats (SEE BELOW for name & info) , air conditioning/electrical services & has some commercial rental properties.

I run our Florida rental properties and assist Joey in his other businesses when it is needed. We stay very busy,

My husband Joey Domingue owns Mojo Clean ( a laundromat located in Scott Louisiana) which is very easy to find and he is so accessible by phone.

He also loves fishing, hunting, camping and music, I am into Sci Fi, (especially Star Wars ), Super Heroes (especially dc comics). We also have 2 fur babies - I love my cats.

We are hard working, patriotic conservatives who LOVE the Water!! We also love our USA !! Our favorite past-times is of course - being with the grandchildren.

***This Gulf of Mexico wonder of Navarre Beach has been the vacation spot for my husband since he was a small child and for me 25 or more years. I love to relax under an umbrella in the late afternoon at the beach while my husband naps on our full-size sofas on the balcony. I enjoy waking up to see that fantastic beach and ocean view.

It is Great for Families, Couples or Girls Getaway. If you want a little more action, you can go listen to a band, have some cocktails, go dancing or just go hang out ... there are plenty places to go. Navarre is Florida "best kept secret" -- now they are calling it "the most relaxing place"

What makes this property unique

I enjoy the simple things, cocktails or coffee on the balcony, propped up on my sofa listening to the ocean and watching the dolphins and birds ... and not a bad place to work on your computer – Ha Ha.

You are right there on the beach ... with a short walk to the ocean. The Pearl is one of a few complexes in the area with a hot tub and the only one with a heated pool. I like watching my grandchildren play in the pool from the balcony.
Not having to wait for an elevator and going up one flight of stairs is super handy.
