About this property

Great for the outdoor enthusiast who likes the outdoors. Fishing, hunting, camping, riding snowmobiles, skiing, Amish Trails, Wine Trails or a trip to Niagara Falls. Great for kids too, they can play in the creek or play ball in the yard. Private full furnished ranch style house nestled off the road in a small patch of woods next to Walnut Creek. The house features 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, full kitchen, living room and 1/2 wrap around deck over looking the creek.
This property is close to Lake Erie, Cassadaga Lake and Chautauqua Lake and many tributaries. Enough parking for your boat/trailer or ask about fishing charters. Close to state land for hunting or hiking trails and right off the main snowmobile trail.

A great place to connect and explore

We visited in the summer. We were in the area for a family reunion by Lake Erie. I'm glad we stayed here instead of in a hotel. The kids had room to spread out instead of being cramped in a room. They fun exploring the grounds, crossing over the bridge and tossing rocks into the creek. The beds were comfortable and the place was spotless.

Hands down the best!!

This property blew me away! The property owner was very responsive and they provide so much for the renters convenance. The Cabin was very clean and the kids loved the bunk beds and creek. We took a walk down stream and found a beautiful waterfall! At night we had a fire and listened to the creek behind us. This place is absolutely surreal and I would highly recommend it to anyone. I can’t wait to go back!!

Why they chose this property

We have owned this property 20 + years and have always wanted to build a summer home for when we retire. We won't be retiring just yet so we would like to offer to others the peaceful life of country living. The sound of the water flowing in the creek near by, the sounds of nature in the morning and night. Having a small campfire and letting go of everyday stresses.
