WATER VIEW HOUSE CLOSE TO LAKE ERIE

The home has great view of Lake Erie. There is a northeast view of water out most of windows in the home. A newly fenced in yard for our furry friends is very helpful. A beautiful partially enclosed covered patio has beautiful view of Lake. Home is close to many local attractions. Niagara Falls and Buffalo and National Comedy Center are 45 min away. Within 10 min drive from Erie wine Trail, Dunkirk Lighthouse, Sunset Beach (swimming)and Marine. Small village beach park ( rocky) few blocks away small boat ramp for Kayaks and small boats. The lake access for swimming and boating is an easy walk of 2 blocks.

PET OWNERS NEED TO BRING OWN BLANKETS, TOWELS FOR PETS. NO PETS ON BEDS or FURNITURE. OWNER WILL BE CHARGED EXTRA CLEANING IF PET ON FURNITURE.
Must notify owner if bringing boat or RV. Driveway is small and may not fit. Cannot park or drive on porch past the driveway.

Spot on!!

This is an amazing location. The owner communicates quickly, the cottage is better the pictures, the location is perfect. We could walk to the July 3rd firework display. Grocery store is right down the block. It has a wonderful patio to sit at anytime of day.

Beautiful lakeside view

The view was amazing. Woke up to Sunrise every day over the lake Erie the house I stayed in was a beautiful three bedroom cozy, clean very well Kept house the owner communicated quite well with me at all times .it was everything she said and more. Would definitely stay there again.

Second time here, great place!

We stayed here for our second year in a row! We love the location and communication with the owner and property manager are smooth and easy. Location is perfect, 2 blocks from a beach and supermarket, but the lake view is the crown jewel of the property. Can’t be beat. Highly recommend!

Relaxing get away

Very nice view and close to the beach. Owner and property manager are very helpful and nice. The home was clean. Nice for a getaway, remote work, visiting the area. The pics and description are accurate. Nice a folder with lots of attractions close to the area also.
