Montauk summer home. Perfect house for entertaining.
Central location to Ditch Plains, Gosman's Dock, Montauk Downs, Town as well as a short cab ride to Surf Lodge and Hither Hills Beach.
Long term rental is preferred: One-month minimum. Rental Registry #: 18-1340

Location, Location, Location: 8-minute bike ride to Ditch Plains beach, a 5-minute walk to Montauk Downs Public Golf Club which has a pool, tennis courts plus a restaurant & bar. If you map the house you will see it is very convenient to town, Gosman's Dock with all its specialty shops & restaurants and bars as well as a quick cab ride to Surf Lodge and Hither Hills Beach.
House has about 5-6 common bikes as well as beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, coolers as well as corn-hole, adirondack chairs and a movable fire pit.
Living room has a record player with a massive record collection. You will be pleasantly surprised at how open and large the kitchen is. It is fully stocked and is great for group dinners with multiple chefs and sous chefs. Perfect for entertaining.
Security deposit required and depends on length of stay.
