Available on two night minimum basis in June (July & August, 7 night minimum). One week still available in August, the best time of the year! (Warmest lake temps, most beach available, on account of lake receding, and high track season in Saratoga Springs). Available: 8/5-8/12.

Plenty of space in this 3,431 SF home. 10 people max. Available on a one-week minimum basis only, Saturday-Saturday.

The rate is the same, regardless of the number of people in your party. No discounts available.

This is a pet friendly home. Please inquire whether your furry friend(s) meet the criteria.

Recreate with use of kayaks, canoe, paddle boat, stand up paddle board. Great year-round fishing! Rent a pontoon boat for the day from a local marina. Mooring, swim platform and new dock available for guests’ use. New for 2023 season: 8x8 shaded platform and stairs to beach

Beautiful stone patio with hot tub for 8, sun beds, cocktail table, Adirondack chairs and gas fire pit. Two Sonos speakers. Bar, poker table, air hockey, dart board, full sized pool table, 100" projector and screen with HD movies, surround sound... (Apple TV, Netflix). Large deck with table for 10, large day bed, hanging pod chair and grill.

Small cottage with a short queen and fold down sofa - ideal for children! Also new for 2023 season: Tree Fort!

In addition to the four queen beds in the house, and the short queen sleeping loft in the cottage, there are five comfortable memory foam floor mattresses. Also new for 2023: custom built boat bed made from an actual row boat (twin size)

Please note that although check out is at 10 AM on Saturdays, garbage and recycling gets picked up at 8:30 am and cleaning commences outside at 9 AM. Also, the hot tub will be maintained on a daily basis (typically early mornings), to ensure that it remains clean and balanced for your enjoyment.

Should there be damage, and/or complaints filed by neighbors, VRBO / HomeAway will charge your credit card up to $1,500. Claims in excess, would be handled separately.

The beach and dock directly in front of the house are reserved for your use. The adjacent beach is reserved for use by the owners of the house across the street (my father & his wife), and have a right of way across my yard to access their beach.

Bicycle or walk / run along Lakeside Drive with beautiful views. Only 45 minute drive to world-renowned Saratoga Springs (spas, race track, shopping and dining, etc.) and an hour to Albany. Hiking & biking trails and river rafting in the Adirondacks close by. Equidistant to Canada, Boston, NYC.

Guests must read and agree to all conditions before booking (by booking, guests are inherently agreeing to all terms).

House is not to be rented for the purpose of ‘partying’. Guests violating this rule may be charged their full security deposit, even when there’s no damage.

House across the street is no longer available for rent.

As per guidelines required by the state health department, VRBO/HomeAway, all safety measures will be strictly adhered to when making my property available to renters

Wonderful Stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this property, the owner was very attentive, available for questions, place was very clean, great space for grandparents and their families. Rented a boat and docked it at the house. Great beach and dock to swim off of. Clean water. Excellent vacation!

Home away from home

Loved the home and enjoyed the access to the water,that was key. It was so important to have a place we had space to have some time alone but also we had several places that we could gather together., which was so important to me.We loved the deck where we eat most of our meals ,we enjoyed the projector TV where we all could watch a late night movie . We also loved playing pool and darts. It truly was a very comfortable place to gather.We loved having the kayaks, the volleyball net , the fire pit and the super host Ahne was able to make are stay not only special but accommodated us with any of our needs! Thank you Ahne your are special!

The house and property is even better in person. There is so much to do between the lake activities and many games to be played. The downstairs is just amazing. Beautiful getaway on Lake Sacadanga

We rented Ahne's beautiful home for a few days getaway and couldn't be more satisfied. It had all the amenities and little touches you could ask for. Games, hot tub, fully stocked, lake front access, water sport toys - we had an incredible stay. Ahne is also a very kind and responsive host who looks out for the quality of your stay. We would definitely love to come back again and recommend this house to anyone else. One of the best places we've stayed in our VRBO adventures.

Summer can't be beat on- and around this lake! There's so much to do and if you're lucky, you might even spot our resident bald eagles. With several marinas located within 1 mile of my property, you have plenty options as it concerns boat rentals and lake-access gas stations.
