The space

Includes an attached one-car garage, air conditioning, fenced-in backyard, propane BBQ grill, patio with outdoor seating, washer/dryer, high-speed Internet, large-screen HDTV, Netflix, clean linens, and much, much more.

Open floor plan with living room, dining space, kitchen, and separate laundry room. All beds are real beds ... no air mattresses, fold-out couches, or futons.

The owners will not be present during your stay, but are a phone call or email away.

Other things to note

We charge a modest cleaning fee, but we expect guests to wash their dishes and pick up after themselves. If extensive cleaning (beyond what would be considered in the range of normal) is required, an excess cleaning charge may be deducted from the damage deposit.
