RENOVATED New Kitchen with Granite Counters, Stainless Appliances, New Floors, New Bathroom, New Laundry Room. First floor renovated in Spring 2013. Large yard with deck, off-street parking, WiFi, keyless entry.

OCEANSIDE in the Beach Haven Terrace section of Long Beach Island. You do not have to cross busy Long Beach Boulevard to get to the beach. The house is situated 1.5 blocks from a "Lifeguard" beach, with handicapped access. Only 2.5 blocks from a small bay beach and fenced swimming area that is great for little ones, who are not ready for the ocean waves. Street address is 8 East Pennsylvania Ave. (131st Street) in Beach Haven Terrace, NJ 08008.

FOUR BEDROOMS sleep 10 people (2Q, 1D, 3T, 1T daybed in den), 3 full bathrooms (1 tub, 2 showers), full kitchen & dining area, large backyard and deck with table and chairs, central air, laundry room with washer/dryer, dishwasher, TVs in all bedrooms, free WiFi, outside shower, gas grill, driveway parking for 3-4 cars, 6 free beach badges. Max occupancy is 4 adults, plus children. Families Only Please. No Pets permitted.

CONVENIENT to everything! Within walking distance to Wawa, The Beach House and Howard's restaurants, Woody's Burgers, El Swell Tacos, Meltdown Ice Cream Parlor, Marvel's Bakery, California Pizza, Terrace Tavern and just one mile to Fantasy Island Amusement Park, Mini-Golf, Thundering Surf Water Park, & lots of great shopping.

Nice except for the Wawa Neighbor

The place was great, clean, had whatever you needed. It is right next to the Wawa and there was an endless amount of noise coming from that property. I could hear the teens hanging out in the parking lot most late nights. The house is killer, the location was not great.

Hope to stay again!!! Note for improvement: blender doesn’t work properly. Doesn’t seal at bottom, everything leaks out. Could not use. And Icemaker goes all over... a little hard to control.

Amazing, newly renovated beach house, fun for the entire family!

We absolutely loved this house! It was 1.5 short blocks from the ocean beach. Only 2.5 short blocks from the Bay side where we watched the sunset almost every night! Prime location in Beach Haven Terrace. We were minutes from Bay Village, Fantasy Island, Mini-Golf and many restaurants and stores. The backyard was so nice with a deck to entertain and a new grill! It also had an outdoor shower which came in handy as well as the use of the Beach Buggy! The kitchen and dining area offered beautiful views of the outside with its many windows... Loved sitting and drinking my coffee while gazing out the window and then sitting out on the deck. Would definitely recommend it and stay there again if I can!!!

Perfect family vacation!

Love this beach house! My family and I have been renting this house for years. Plenty of space for everyone. 3 bathrooms inside and an enclosed outdoor shower are just perfect for a family. HUGE deck for fun after a day at the beach! Walking distance to many great restaurants, ice cream at the Meltdown, morning donuts from Marvel's. Fantasy Island is just a few minutes drive away. Perfect location of "close but not too close" to all the activity of Beach Haven. House is on the east side of the boulevard so no crazy traffic to cross to get to the beach. Owner is always responsive to any questions. Absolutely recommend!
