Seaspell will undergo exciting renovations throughout the winter and early spring! On the first floor, we're completely remodeling the kitchen, which will feature brand-new cabinets, tile, and countertops. Additionally, the bookshelves and cabinets in the living room will be replaced and the TV wall enhanced. The Jack-and-Jill bathroom, shared by two bedrooms on the main floor, will be transformed into an ensuite for the king bedroom, effectively creating a second primary suite. The other queen bedroom will continue to use the existing bathroom across the hall. The loft will be upgraded with new twin platform beds with cubbies.

This delightful three-bedroom, three-bath beach cottage is the perfect getaway for families and friends looking to relax by the shore. From the moment you arrive, you'll fall in love with the inviting front porch—ideal for sipping your morning coffee or unwinding with a cool drink in the evening breeze.

Step inside, and the open-concept living and dining area welcomes you with its cozy yet spacious design. The living room features a vaulted ceiling and a charming loft with two twin beds, creating a fun retreat for kids or extra guests. A picturesque bay window frames the dining area, filling the space with natural light. The well-equipped kitchen boasts all the essentials for preparing meals, plus a convenient breakfast bar for extra seating. Just around the corner, a full hall bath adds convenience.

Down the hall, you’ll find two beautifully appointed bedrooms—one with a queen bed and the other with a king. These rooms share a well-appointed full bath, making them a comfortable retreat after a day of sun and sand.

Upstairs, the King Primary Suite awaits, offering a spacious bedroom with a luxurious king bed, a private en-suite bathroom, and a relaxing tub/shower combination.

This cozy bonus space is perfect for lounging, featuring a sleeper sofa, TV, and breathtaking views.
