WELCOME TO YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME IN BEAUTIFUL DESTIN. The unit was newly remodeled in 2015 and is 970 SQ FT.The CONDO is located in building #26 Unit 282. The front room has a sofa which can be used as a sleeper, a love seat and chair and Cable TV with DVR and Free WIFI. The Kitchen can seat 4 a leaf for the table is available for more seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with most essentials to prepare meals and clean up. The condo has two full bathrooms, one is a shower, sink ,toilet and sink, the other is a tub and shower,toilet and sink and equipped with all towels and other essentials. The Master bedroom is a Queen size bed, the second bedroom has a Standard bed and a Day Bed that makes into a Queen size, all sheets and blankets are available. Off the Balcony on the Lake side is a Grill with the equipment for grilling in the Kitchen. The lake on the 26 acre manicured complex is a fresh water lake which can be fish without a Florida fishing License. The complex has 3 swimming pools, a tennis and basketball court a laundry facility and a Club House fro Rent. Numerous Public Beaches, closest is by the Back Porch Restaurant and Henderson State Park. Numerous shopping, grocery stores restaurants and various boating amenities by the Destin Bridge and all within a short driving distance. ENJOY A GREAT TIME IN DESTIN. BE SAFE.

Rita, the owner, was very nice and easy to work with. She kept me informed and up to date with any information or changes. Overall the condo was cozy. The pool and lake was nice and kept clean. Location was great. Quick drive to Henderson Beach. Would book again.

Great property location right off the main road in Destin, close to all attractions. Condo location is nice too, as it looks onto a little pond. We fed the ducks and turtles.

We enjoyed being in an area where your close to activities, restaurants and the beach. Great location! The condo was quaint and cozy. Nice little balcony that we used 5 out of the 7 days. Rita was very quick to answer any questions that we had! Recommend it 👍

Spring Break /Easter getaway

It was a pleasant experience with great location . Rita was very nice and allowed us to enter the condo early when we arrived earlier than check-in . The only downfall to our vacation was we were unable to go to the beach due to riptide warnings but that was nobody but mother natures fault lol. We were too afraid to enter the water with those warnings in effect.All in all great vacation and great weather.

rita the owner went above and beyond answering questions and keeping us informed i was actually double charged by the insurance company and she made sure i got my refund right away making the calls herself properly is on the main strip of pretty much everything would and will stay there again

One for the Books!

This was definitely one of the best vacations my family has taken in years! Upon arrival, I was a little nervous because we were in the back condo and people live there as well. I will say, after arrival, it was awesome. My kids loved the pool and the location. We had no trouble at all. Short drive to the public beach. The owner was very prompt to return my text messages. We will definitely return here again! Great family destination!!!

Property was dated pool had mold Condo needs repairs. Screendoor on patio broken and rusted, Closet doors broken, mattress need repacing, linens old, patio door did not loc .Location was good!

Everything was great! Rooms are big and decent size living room.

Only thing I didn’t like is that the two bathrooms are combined and had this sliding door in between them that wouldn’t stay shut. Also wanted to mention that the beach is about a 5 min walk in front of condo but that beach is private so you would have to walk an additional 10 min to get to the public beach. But other that that, everything was amazing!! Very clean condo :) stocked with all the goodies you would need. Including a washer/dryer and a bunch of beach toys for kids!

Thanks for the great response of the condo being clean and noted everything that a person would need is available. The unfold door between the bathrooms has a magnet I will get it looked at thank you. However the laundry room is locked and is not for renter usage. A laundry facility is on the complex. Regarding the public beaches they are all across busy highway 98. I suggest driving to the beaches it is safer. Thank You.

Gulf Terraces in Destin

The ondo is home away from home!!! The kitchen is staffed with all and more! We been cooking in the unit every day and all meals. Comfortable, quiet and GREAT view of the lake. Lots of reading books and magazines and 2 bathrooms are the convinience with kids! All cleaning electronics and more also in the unit..of you staying more then 5 days(we had 15) then it's really great to have in the unit! Was out second year in the same Comunity just different unit! Distance to Winn-Dixie is 5 min..Walmart 10..Henderson park Beach with showers same 10 min.. Thank you!

Overall good stay.

The property was nice and clean. The pools were nice. The kitchen was adequately firnished. I do have a few complaints about the property. The bedding provided for the trundle and the pull out sofa were very dated and itchy. The beds were not comfortable. The biggest issue i had with this property was the lack of privacy in the bathrooms. The 2 bathrooms are separated by an accordian door that has a magnet to keep it shut. When you close the bathroom doors, the suction of the ac pulls the accordian door open. Not a very private bathroom situation at all. Also, it wasnt as close to a public access as we thought. You couldn't just walk to the beach. We had to drive to find an access.
